以色列眾支派來到希伯崙見大衛，說：「我們原是你的骨肉。

yǐ sè liè zhòng zhī pài lái dào xī bó jiàn dà wèi ， shuō ：「 wǒ men yuán shì nǐ de gǔ ròu 。

Then all the tribes of Israel came to David at Hebron and spoke, saying, “Behold, we are your bone and your flesh.

從前掃羅作我們王的時候，率領以色列人出入的是你；耶和華也曾應許你說：『你必牧養我的民以色列，作以色列的君。』」

cóng qián sǎo luó zuò wǒ men wáng de shí hòu ， shuài lǐng yǐ sè liè rén chū rù de shì nǐ ； yē hé huá yě céng yìng xǔ nǐ shuō ：『 nǐ bì mù yǎng wǒ de mín yǐ sè liè ， zuò yǐ sè liè de jūn 。』」

In times past, when Saul was king over us, it was you who led Israel out and in. The LORD said to you, ‘You will be shepherd of my people Israel, and you will be prince over Israel.’”

於是以色列的長老都來到希伯崙見大衛王，大衛在希伯崙耶和華面前與他們立約，他們就膏大衛作以色列的王。

yú shì yǐ sè liè de zhǎng lǎo dōu lái dào xī bó jiàn dà wèi wáng ， dà wèi zài xī bó yē hé huá miàn qián yǔ tā men lì yuē ， tā men jiù gāo dà wèi zuò yǐ sè liè de wáng 。

So all the elders of Israel came to the king to Hebron, and King David made a covenant with them in Hebron before the LORD; and they anointed David king over Israel.

大衛登基的時候年三十歲，在位四十年；

dà wèi dēng jī de shí hòu nián sān shí suì ， zài wèi sì shí nián ；

David was thirty years old when he began to reign, and he reigned forty years.

在希伯崙作猶大王七年零六個月，在耶路撒冷作以色列和猶大王三十三年。

zài xī bó zuò yóu dà wáng qī nián líng liù gè yuè ， zài yē lù sā lěng zuò yǐ sè liè hé yóu dà wáng sān shí sān nián 。

In Hebron he reigned over Judah seven years and six months, and in Jerusalem he reigned thirty-three years over all Israel and Judah.

大衛和跟隨他的人到了耶路撒冷，要攻打住那地方的耶布斯人。耶布斯人對大衛說：「你若不趕出瞎子、瘸子，必不能進這地方」；心裏想大衛決不能進去。

dà wèi hé gēn suí tā de rén dào le yē lù sā lěng ， yào gōng dǎ zhù nà dì fāng de yē bù sī rén 。 yē bù sī rén duì dà wèi shuō ：「 nǐ ruò bù gǎn chū xiā zǐ 、 qué zǐ ， bì bù néng jìn zhè dì fāng 」； xīn lǐ xiǎng dà wèi jué bù néng jìn qù 。

The king and his men went to Jerusalem against the Jebusites, the inhabitants of the land, who spoke to David, saying, “The blind and the lame will keep you out of here,” thinking, “David can’t come in here.”

然而大衛攻取錫安的保障，就是大衛的城。

rán ér dà wèi gōng qǔ xī ān de bǎo zhàng ， jiù shì dà wèi de chéng 。

Nevertheless David took the stronghold of Zion. This is David’s city.

當日，大衛說：「誰攻打耶布斯人，當上水溝攻打我心裏所恨惡的瘸子、瞎子。」從此有俗語說：「在那裏有瞎子、瘸子，他不能進屋去。」

dāng rì ， dà wèi shuō ：「 shuí gōng dǎ yē bù sī rén ， dāng shàng shuǐ gōu gōng dǎ wǒ xīn lǐ suǒ hèn è de qué zǐ 、 xiā zǐ 。」 cóng cǐ yǒu sú yǔ shuō ：「 zài nà lǐ yǒu xiā zǐ 、 qué zǐ ， tā bù néng jìn wū qù 。」

David said on that day, “Whoever strikes the Jebusites, let him go up to the watercourse and strike those lame and blind, who are hated by David’s soul.” Therefore they say, “The blind and the lame can’t come into the house.”

大衛住在保障裏，給保障起名叫大衛城。大衛又從米羅以裏，周圍築牆。

dà wèi zhù zài bǎo zhàng lǐ ， gěi bǎo zhàng qǐ míng jiào dà wèi chéng 。 dà wèi yòu cóng mǐ luó yǐ lǐ ， zhōu wéi zhù qiáng 。

David lived in the stronghold, and called it David’s city. David built around from Millo and inward.

大衛日見強盛，因為耶和華－萬軍之上帝與他同在。

dà wèi rì jiàn qiáng shèng ， yīn wèi yē hé huá — wàn jūn zhī shén yǔ tā tóng zài 。

David grew greater and greater, for the LORD, the God of Armies, was with him.

泰爾王希蘭將香柏木運到大衛那裏，又差遣使者和木匠、石匠給大衛建造宮殿。

tài ěr wáng xī lán jiāng xiāng bǎi mù yùn dào dà wèi nà lǐ ， yòu chāi qiǎn shǐ zhě hé mù jiàng 、 shí jiàng gěi dà wèi jiàn zào gōng diàn 。

Hiram king of Tyre sent messengers to David, with cedar trees, carpenters, and masons; and they built David a house.

大衛就知道耶和華堅立他作以色列王，又為自己的民以色列使他的國興旺。

dà wèi jiù zhī dào yē hé huá jiān lì tā zuò yǐ sè liè wáng ， yòu wèi zì jǐ de mín yǐ sè liè shǐ tā de guó xīng wàng 。

David perceived that the LORD had established him king over Israel, and that he had exalted his kingdom for his people Israel’s sake.

大衛離開希伯崙之後，在耶路撒冷又立后妃，又生兒女。

dà wèi lí kāi xī bó zhī hòu ， zài yē lù sā lěng yòu lì hòu fēi ， yòu shēng ér nǚ 。

David took more concubines and wives for himself out of Jerusalem, after he had come from Hebron; and more sons and daughters were born to David.

在耶路撒冷所生的兒子是沙母亞、朔罷、拿單、所羅門、

zài yē lù sā lěng suǒ shēng de ér zi shì shā mǔ yà 、 shuò bà 、 ná dān 、 suǒ luó mén 、

These are the names of those who were born to him in Jerusalem: Shammua, Shobab, Nathan, Solomon,

益轄、以利書亞、尼斐、雅非亞、

yì xiá 、 yǐ lì shū yà 、 ní fěi 、 yǎ fēi yà 、

Ibhar, Elishua, Nepheg, Japhia,

以利沙瑪、以利雅大、以利法列。

yǐ lì shā mǎ 、 yǐ lì yǎ dà 、 yǐ lì fǎ liè 。

Elishama, Eliada, and Eliphelet.

非利士人聽見人膏大衛作以色列王，非利士眾人就上來尋索大衛；大衛聽見，就下到保障。

fēi lì shì rén tīng jiàn rén gāo dà wèi zuò yǐ sè liè wáng ， fēi lì shì zhòng rén jiù shàng lái xún suǒ dà wèi ； dà wèi tīng jiàn ， jiù xià dào bǎo zhàng 。

When the Philistines heard that they had anointed David king over Israel, all the Philistines went up to seek David, but David heard about it and went down to the stronghold.

非利士人來了，布散在利乏音谷。

fēi lì shì rén lái le ， bù sàn zài lì fá yīn gǔ 。

Now the Philistines had come and spread themselves in the valley of Rephaim.

大衛求問耶和華說：「我可以上去攻打非利士人嗎？你將他們交在我手裏嗎？」耶和華說：「你可以上去，我必將非利士人交在你手裏。」

dà wèi qiú wèn yē hé huá shuō ：「 wǒ kě yǐ shàng qù gōng dǎ fēi lì shì rén ma ？ nǐ jiāng tā men jiāo zài wǒ shǒu lǐ ma ？」 yē hé huá shuō ：「 nǐ kě yǐ shàng qù ， wǒ bì jiāng fēi lì shì rén jiāo zài nǐ shǒu lǐ 。」

David inquired of the LORD, saying, “Shall I go up against the Philistines? Will you deliver them into my hand?” The LORD said to David, “Go up; for I will certainly deliver the Philistines into your hand.”

大衛來到巴力‧毗拉心，在那裏擊殺非利士人，說：「耶和華在我面前沖破敵人，如同水沖去一般。」因此稱那地方為巴力‧毗拉心。

dà wèi lái dào bā lì · pí lā xīn ， zài nà lǐ jī shā fēi lì shì rén ， shuō ：「 yē hé huá zài wǒ miàn qián chōng pò dí rén ， rú tóng shuǐ chōng qù yì bān 。」 yīn cǐ chēng nà dì fāng wèi bā lì · pí lā xīn 。

David came to Baal Perazim, and David struck them there. Then he said, “The LORD has broken my enemies before me, like the breach of waters.” Therefore he called the name of that place Baal Perazim.

非利士人將偶像撇在那裏，大衛和跟隨他的人拿去了。

fēi lì shì rén jiāng ǒu xiàng piě zài nà lǐ ， dà wèi hé gēn suí tā de rén ná qù le 。

They left their images there, and David and his men took them away.

非利士人又上來，布散在利乏音谷。

fēi lì shì rén yòu shàng lái ， bù sàn zài lì fá yīn gǔ 。

The Philistines came up yet again and spread themselves in the valley of Rephaim.

大衛求問耶和華；耶和華說：「不要一直地上去，要轉到他們後頭，從桑林對面攻打他們。

dà wèi qiú wèn yē hé huá ； yē hé huá shuō ：「 bú yào yì zhí dì shàng qù ， yào zhuǎn dào tā men hòu tou ， cóng sāng lín duì miàn gōng dǎ tā men 。

When David inquired of the LORD, he said, “You shall not go up. Circle around behind them, and attack them in front of the mulberry trees.

你聽見桑樹梢上有腳步的聲音，就要急速前去，因為那時耶和華已經在你前頭去攻打非利士人的軍隊。」

nǐ tīng jiàn sāng shù shāo shàng yǒu jiǎo bù de shēng yīn ， jiù yào jí sù qián qù ， yīn wèi nà shí yē hé huá yǐ jīng zài nǐ qián tou qù gōng dǎ fēi lì shì rén de jūn duì 。」

When you hear the sound of marching in the tops of the mulberry trees, then stir yourself up; for then the LORD has gone out before you to strike the army of the Philistines.”

大衛就遵着耶和華所吩咐的去行，攻打非利士人，從迦巴直到基色。

dà wèi jiù zūn zhe yē hé huá suǒ fēn fù de qù xíng ， gōng dǎ fēi lì shì rén ， cóng jiā bā zhí dào jī sè 。

David did so, as the LORD commanded him, and struck the Philistines all the way from Geba to Gezer.
