以弗所書 1

奉上帝旨意，作基督耶穌使徒的保羅，寫信給在以弗所的聖徒，就是在基督耶穌裏有忠心的人。

fèng shén zhǐ yì ， zuò jī dū yē sū shǐ tú de bǎo luó ， xiě xìn gěi zài yǐ fú suǒ de shèng tú ， jiù shì zài jī dū yē sū lǐ yǒu zhōng xīn de rén 。

Paul, an apostle of Christ Jesus through the will of God, to the saints who are at Ephesus, and the faithful in Christ Jesus:

願恩惠、平安從上帝我們的父和主耶穌基督歸與你們！

yuàn ēn huì 、 píng ān cóng shén wǒ men de fù hé zhǔ yē sū jī dū guī yǔ nǐ men ！

Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

願頌讚歸與我們主耶穌基督的父上帝！他在基督裏曾賜給我們天上各樣屬靈的福氣：

yuàn sòng zàn guī yǔ wǒ men zhǔ yē sū jī dū de fù shén ！ tā zài jī dū lǐ céng cì gěi wǒ men tiān shàng gè yàng shǔ líng de fú qì ：

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ,

就如上帝從創立世界以前，在基督裏揀選了我們，使我們在他面前成為聖潔，無有瑕疵；

jiù rú shén cóng chuàng lì shì jiè yǐ qián ， zài jī dū lǐ jiǎn xuǎn le wǒ men ， shǐ wǒ men zài tā miàn qián chéng wéi shèng jié ， wú yǒu xiá cī ；

even as he chose us in him before the foundation of the world, that we would be holy and without defect before him in love,

又因愛我們，就按着自己的意旨所喜悅的，預定我們藉着耶穌基督得兒子的名分，

yòu yīn ài wǒ men ， jiù àn zhe zì jǐ de yì zhǐ suǒ xǐ yuè de ， yù dìng wǒ men jiè zhe yē sū jī dū dé ér zi de míng fēn ，

having predestined us for adoption as children through Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his desire,

使他榮耀的恩典得着稱讚；這恩典是他在愛子裏所賜給我們的。

shǐ tā róng yào de ēn diǎn dé zhe chēng zàn ； zhè ēn diǎn shì tā zài ài zǐ lǐ suǒ cì gěi wǒ men de 。

to the praise of the glory of his grace, by which he freely gave us favor in the Beloved.

我們藉這愛子的血得蒙救贖，過犯得以赦免，乃是照他豐富的恩典。

wǒ men jiè zhè ài zǐ de xuè dé méng jiù shú ， guò fàn dé yǐ shè miǎn ， nǎi shì zhào tā fēng fù de ēn diǎn 。

In him we have our redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of his grace

這恩典是上帝用諸般智慧聰明，充充足足賞給我們的；

zhè ēn diǎn shì shén yòng zhū bān zhì huì cōng ming ， chōng chōng zú zú shǎng gěi wǒ men de ；

which he made to abound toward us in all wisdom and prudence,

都是照他自己所預定的美意，叫我們知道他旨意的奧祕，

dōu shì zhào tā zì jǐ suǒ yù dìng de měi yì ， jiào wǒ men zhī dào tā zhǐ yì de ào mì ，

making known to us the mystery of his will, according to his good pleasure which he purposed in him

要照所安排的，在日期滿足的時候，使天上、地上、一切所有的都在基督裏面同歸於一。

yào zhào suǒ ān pái de ， zài rì qī mǎn zú de shí hòu ， shǐ tiān shàng 、 dì shàng 、 yí qiè suǒ yǒu de dōu zài jī dū lǐ miàn tóng guī yú yī 。

to an administration of the fullness of the times, to sum up all things in Christ, the things in the heavens and the things on the earth, in him.

我們也在他裏面得 了基業；這原是那位隨己意行、做萬事的，照着他旨意所預定的，

wǒ men yě zài tā lǐ miàn dé liǎo jī yè ； zhè yuán shì nà wèi suí jǐ yì xíng 、 zuò wàn shì de ， zhào zhe tā zhǐ yì suǒ yù dìng de ，

We were also assigned an inheritance in him, having been foreordained according to the purpose of him who does all things after the counsel of his will,

叫他的榮耀從我們這首先在基督裏有盼望的人可以得着稱讚。

jiào tā de róng yào cóng wǒ men zhè shǒu xiān zài jī dū lǐ yǒu pàn wàng de rén kě yǐ dé zhe chēng zàn 。

to the end that we should be to the praise of his glory, we who had before hoped in Christ.

你們既聽見真理的道，就是那叫你們得救的福音，也信了基督，既然信他，就受了所應許的聖靈為印記。

nǐ men jì tīng jiàn zhēn lǐ de dào ， jiù shì nà jiào nǐ men dé jiù de fú yīn ， yě xìn le jī dū ， jì rán xìn tā ， jiù shòu le suǒ yīng xǔ de shèng líng wèi yìn jì 。

In him you also, having heard the word of the truth, the Good News of your salvation—in whom, having also believed, you were sealed with the promised Holy Spirit,

這聖靈是我們得基業的憑據 ，直等到上帝之民 被贖，使他的榮耀得着稱讚。

zhè shèng líng shì wǒ men dé jī yè de píng jù ， zhí děng dào shén zhī mín bèi shú ， shǐ tā de róng yào dé zhe chēng zàn 。

who is a pledge of our inheritance, to the redemption of God’s own possession, to the praise of his glory.

因此，我既聽見你們信從主耶穌，親愛眾聖徒，

yīn cǐ ， wǒ jì tīng jiàn nǐ men xìn cóng zhǔ yē sū ， qīn ài zhòng shèng tú ，

For this cause I also, having heard of the faith in the Lord Jesus which is among you and the love which you have toward all the saints,

就為你們不住地感謝上帝。禱告的時候，常提到你們，

jiù wèi nǐ men bú zhù dì gǎn xiè shén 。 dǎo gào de shí hòu ， cháng tí dào nǐ men ，

don’t cease to give thanks for you, making mention of you in my prayers,

求我們主耶穌基督的上帝，榮耀的父，將那賜人智慧和啟示的靈賞給你們，使你們真知道他，

qiú wǒ men zhǔ yē sū jī dū de shén ， róng yào de fù ， jiāng nà cì rén zhì huì hé qǐ shì de líng shǎng gěi nǐ men ， shǐ nǐ men zhēn zhī dào tā ，

that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him,

並且照明你們心中的眼睛，使你們知道他的恩召有何等指望，他在聖徒中得的基業有何等豐盛的榮耀；

bìng qiě zhào míng nǐ men xīn zhōng de yǎn jīng ， shǐ nǐ men zhī dào tā de ēn zhào yǒu hé děng zhǐ wàng ， tā zài shèng tú zhōng dé de jī yè yǒu hé děng fēng shèng de róng yào ；

having the eyes of your hearts enlightened, that you may know what is the hope of his calling, and what are the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints,

並知道他向我們這信的人所顯的能力是何等浩大，

bìng zhī dào tā xiàng wǒ men zhè xìn de rén suǒ xiǎn de néng lì shì hé děng hào dà ，

and what is the exceeding greatness of his power toward us who believe, according to that working of the strength of his might

就是照他在基督身上所運行的大能大力，使他從死裏復活，叫他在天上坐在自己的右邊，

jiù shì zhào tā zài jī dū shēn shàng suǒ yùn xíng de dà néng dà lì ， shǐ tā cóng sǐ lǐ fù huó ， jiào tā zài tiān shàng zuò zài zì jǐ de yòu biān ，

which he worked in Christ when he raised him from the dead and made him to sit at his right hand in the heavenly places,

遠超過一切執政的、掌權的、有能的、主治的，和一切有名的；不但是今世的，連來世的也都超過了。

yuǎn chāo guò yí qiè zhí zhèng de 、 zhǎng quán de 、 yǒu néng de 、 zhǔ zhì de ， hé yí qiè yǒu míng de ； bú dàn shì jīn shì de ， lián lái shì de yě dōu chāo guò le 。

far above all rule, authority, power, dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age, but also in that which is to come.

又將萬有服在他的腳下，使他為教會作萬有之首。

yòu jiāng wàn yǒu fú zài tā de jiǎo xià ， shǐ tā wèi jiào huì zuò wàn yǒu zhī shǒu 。

He put all things in subjection under his feet, and gave him to be head over all things for the assembly,

教會是他的身體，是那充滿萬有者所充滿的。

jiào huì shì tā de shēn tǐ ， shì nà chōng mǎn wàn yǒu zhě suǒ chōng mǎn de 。

which is his body, the fullness of him who fills all in all.
