約伯記 26

約伯回答說：

yuē bó huí dá shuō ：

Then Job answered,

無能的人蒙你何等的幫助！ 膀臂無力的人蒙你何等的拯救！

wú néng de rén méng nǐ hé děng de bāng zhù ！ bǎng bì wú lì de rén méng nǐ hé děng de zhěng jiù ！

“How have you helped him who is without power! How have you saved the arm that has no strength!

無智慧的人蒙你何等的指教！ 你向他多顯大知識！

wú zhì huì de rén méng nǐ hé děng de zhǐ jiào ！ nǐ xiàng tā duō xiǎn dà zhī shi ！

How have you counseled him who has no wisdom, and plentifully declared sound knowledge!

你向誰發出言語來？ 誰的靈從你而出？

nǐ xiàng shuí fā chū yán yǔ lái ？ shuí de líng cóng nǐ ér chū ？

To whom have you uttered words? Whose spirit came out of you?

在大水和水族以下的陰魂戰兢。

zài dà shuǐ hé shuǐ zú yǐ xià de yīn hún zhàn jīng 。

“The departed spirits tremble, those beneath the waters and all that live in them.

在上帝面前，陰間顯露； 滅亡也不得遮掩。

zài shén miàn qián ， yīn jiān xiǎn lù ； miè wáng yě bù dé zhē yǎn 。

Sheol is naked before God, and Abaddon has no covering.

上帝將北極鋪在空中， 將大地懸在虛空；

shén jiāng běi jí pù zài kōng zhōng ， jiāng dà dì xuán zài xū kōng ；

He stretches out the north over empty space, and hangs the earth on nothing.

將水包在密雲中， 雲卻不破裂；

jiāng shuǐ bāo zài mì yún zhōng ， yún què bú pò liè ；

He binds up the waters in his thick clouds, and the cloud is not burst under them.

遮蔽他的寶座， 將雲鋪在其上；

zhē bì tā de bǎo zuò ， jiāng yún pù zài qí shàng ；

He encloses the face of his throne, and spreads his cloud on it.

在水面的周圍劃出界限， 直到光明黑暗的交界。

zài shuǐ miàn de zhōu wéi huà chū jiè xiàn ， zhí dào guāng míng hēi àn de jiāo jiè 。

He has described a boundary on the surface of the waters, and to the confines of light and darkness.

天的柱子因他的斥責震動驚奇。

tiān de zhù zi yīn tā de chì zé zhèn dòng jīng qí 。

The pillars of heaven tremble and are astonished at his rebuke.

他以能力攪動 大海； 他藉知識打傷拉哈伯，

tā yǐ néng lì jiǎo dòng dà hǎi ； tā jiè zhī shi dǎ shāng lā hā bó ，

He stirs up the sea with his power, and by his understanding he strikes through Rahab.

藉他的靈使天有妝飾； 他的手刺殺快蛇。

jiè tā de líng shǐ tiān yǒu zhuāng shì ； tā de shǒu cì shā kuài shé 。

By his Spirit the heavens are garnished. His hand has pierced the swift serpent.

看哪，這不過是上帝工作的些微； 我們所聽於他的是何等細微的聲音！ 他大能的雷聲誰能明透呢？

kàn nǎ ， zhè bú guò shì shén gōng zuò de xiē wēi ； wǒ men suǒ tīng yú tā de shì hé děng xì wēi de shēng yīn ！ tā dà néng de léi shēng shuí néng míng tòu ne ？

Behold, these are but the outskirts of his ways. How small a whisper do we hear of him! But the thunder of his power who can understand?”
