士師記 1

約書亞死後，以色列人求問耶和華說：「我們中間誰當首先上去攻擊迦南人，與他們爭戰？」

yuē shū yà sǐ hòu ， yǐ sè liè rén qiú wèn yē hé huá shuō ：「 wǒ men zhōng jiān shuí dāng shǒu xiān shàng qù gōng jī jiā nán rén ， yǔ tā men zhēng zhàn ？」

After the death of Joshua, the children of Israel asked of the LORD, saying, “Who should go up for us first against the Canaanites, to fight against them?”

耶和華說：「猶大當先上去，我已將那地交在他手中。」

yē hé huá shuō ：「 yóu dà dāng xiān shàng qù ， wǒ yǐ jiāng nà dì jiāo zài tā shǒu zhōng 。」

The LORD said, “Judah shall go up. Behold, I have delivered the land into his hand.”

猶大對他哥哥西緬說：「請你同我到拈鬮所得之地去，好與迦南人爭戰；以後我也同你到你拈鬮所得之地去。」於是西緬與他同去。

yóu dà duì tā gē ge xī miǎn shuō ：「 qǐng nǐ tóng wǒ dào niān jiū suǒ dé zhī dì qù ， hǎo yǔ jiā nán rén zhēng zhàn ； yǐ hòu wǒ yě tóng nǐ dào nǐ niān jiū suǒ dé zhī dì qù 。」 yú shì xī miǎn yǔ tā tóng qù 。

Judah said to Simeon his brother, “Come up with me into my lot, that we may fight against the Canaanites; and I likewise will go with you into your lot.” So Simeon went with him.

猶大就上去；耶和華將迦南人和比利洗人交在他們手中。他們在比色擊殺了一萬人，

yóu dà jiù shàng qù ； yē hé huá jiāng jiā nán rén hé bǐ lì xǐ rén jiāo zài tā men shǒu zhōng 。 tā men zài bǐ sè jī shā le yí wàn rén ，

Judah went up, and the LORD delivered the Canaanites and the Perizzites into their hand. They struck ten thousand men in Bezek.

又在那裏遇見亞多尼‧比色，與他爭戰，殺敗迦南人和比利洗人。

yòu zài nà lǐ yù jiàn yà duō ní · bǐ sè ， yǔ tā zhēng zhàn ， shā bài jiā nán rén hé bǐ lì xǐ rén 。

They found Adoni-Bezek in Bezek, and they fought against him. They struck the Canaanites and the Perizzites.

亞多尼‧比色逃跑；他們追趕，拿住他，砍斷他手腳的大拇指。

yà duō ní · bǐ sè táo pǎo ； tā men zhuī gǎn ， ná zhù tā ， kǎn duàn tā shǒu jiǎo de dà mǔ zhǐ 。

But Adoni-Bezek fled. They pursued him, caught him, and cut off his thumbs and his big toes.

亞多尼‧比色說：「從前有七十個王，手腳的大拇指都被我砍斷，在我桌子底下拾取零碎食物。現在上帝按着我所行的報應我了。」於是他們將亞多尼‧比色帶到耶路撒冷，他就死在那裏。

yà duō ní · bǐ sè shuō ：「 cóng qián yǒu qī shí gè wáng ， shǒu jiǎo de dà mǔ zhǐ dōu bèi wǒ kǎn duàn ， zài wǒ zhuō zi dǐ xià shí qǔ líng suì shí wù 。 xiàn zài shén àn zhe wǒ suǒ xíng de bào yìng wǒ le 。」 yú shì tā men jiāng yà duō ní · bǐ sè dài dào yē lù sā lěng ， tā jiù sǐ zài nà lǐ 。

Adoni-Bezek said, “Seventy kings, having their thumbs and their big toes cut off, scavenged under my table. As I have done, so God has done to me.” They brought him to Jerusalem, and he died there.

猶大人攻打耶路撒冷，將城攻取，用刀殺了城內的人，並且放火燒城。

yóu dà rén gōng dǎ yē lù sā lěng ， jiāng chéng gōng qǔ ， yòng dāo shā le chéng nèi de rén ， bìng qiě fàng huǒ shāo chéng 。

The children of Judah fought against Jerusalem, took it, struck it with the edge of the sword, and set the city on fire.

後來猶大人下去，與住山地、南地，和高原的迦南人爭戰。

hòu lái yóu dà rén xià qù ， yǔ zhù shān dì 、 nán dì ， hé gāo yuán de jiā nán rén zhēng zhàn 。

After that, the children of Judah went down to fight against the Canaanites who lived in the hill country, and in the South, and in the lowland.

猶大人去攻擊住希伯崙的迦南人，殺了示篩、亞希幔、撻買。希伯崙從前名叫基列‧亞巴。

yóu dà rén qù gōng jī zhù xī bó de jiā nán rén ， shā le shì shāi 、 yà xī màn 、 tà mǎi 。 xī bó cóng qián míng jiào jī liè · yà bā 。

Judah went against the Canaanites who lived in Hebron. (The name of Hebron before that was Kiriath Arba.) They struck Sheshai, Ahiman, and Talmai.

他們從那裏去攻擊底壁的居民；底壁從前名叫基列‧西弗。

tā men cóng nà lǐ qù gōng jī dǐ bì de jū mín ； dǐ bì cóng qián míng jiào jī liè · xī fú 。

From there he went against the inhabitants of Debir. (The name of Debir before that was Kiriath Sepher.)

迦勒說：「誰能攻打基列‧西弗，將城奪取，我就把我女兒押撒給他為妻。」

jiā lè shuō ：「 shuí néng gōng dǎ jī liè · xī fú ， jiāng chéng duó qǔ ， wǒ jiù bǎ wǒ nǚ ér yā sā gěi tā wèi qī 。」

Caleb said, “I will give Achsah my daughter as wife to the man who strikes Kiriath Sepher, and takes it.”

迦勒兄弟基納斯的兒子俄陀聶奪取了那城，迦勒就把女兒押撒給他為妻。

jiā lè xiōng dì jī nà sī de ér zi é tuó niè duó qǔ le nà chéng ， jiā lè jiù bǎ nǚ ér yā sā gěi tā wèi qī 。

Othniel the son of Kenaz, Caleb’s younger brother, took it, so he gave him Achsah his daughter as his wife.

押撒過門的時候，勸丈夫向她父親求一塊田。押撒一下驢，迦勒問她說：「你要甚麼？」

yā sā guò mén de shí hòu ， quàn zhàng fu xiàng tā fù qīn qiú yí kuài tián 。 yā sā yí xià lǘ ， jiā lè wèn tā shuō ：「 nǐ yào shén me ？」

When she came, she got him to ask her father for a field. She got off her donkey; and Caleb said to her, “What would you like?”

她說：「求你賜福給我，你既將我安置在南地，求你也給我水泉。」迦勒就把上泉下泉賜給她。

tā shuō ：「 qiú nǐ cì fú gěi wǒ ， nǐ jì jiāng wǒ ān zhì zài nán dì ， qiú nǐ yě gěi wǒ shuǐ quán 。」 jiā lè jiù bǎ shàng quán xià quán cì gěi tā 。

She said to him, “Give me a blessing; because you have set me in the land of the South, give me also springs of water.” Then Caleb gave her the upper springs and the lower springs.

摩西的內兄 是基尼人，他的子孫與猶大人一同離了棕樹城，往亞拉得以南的猶大曠野去，就住在民中。

mó xī de nèi xiōng shì jī ní rén ， tā de zǐ sūn yǔ yóu dà rén yì tóng lí le zōng shù chéng ， wǎng yà lā dé yǐ nán de yóu dà kuàng yě qù ， jiù zhù zài mín zhōng 。

The children of the Kenite, Moses’ brother-in-law, went up out of the city of palm trees with the children of Judah into the wilderness of Judah, which is in the south of Arad; and they went and lived with the people.

猶大和他哥哥西緬同去，擊殺了住洗法的迦南人，將城盡行毀滅，那城的名便叫何珥瑪。

yóu dà hé tā gē ge xī miǎn tóng qù ， jī shā le zhù xǐ fǎ de jiā nán rén ， jiāng chéng jìn xíng huǐ miè ， nà chéng de míng biàn jiào hé ěr mǎ 。

Judah went with Simeon his brother, and they struck the Canaanites who inhabited Zephath, and utterly destroyed it. The name of the city was called Hormah.

猶大又取了迦薩和迦薩的四境，亞實基倫和亞實基倫的四境，以革倫和以革倫的四境。

yóu dà yòu qǔ le jiā sà hé jiā sà de sì jìng ， yà shí jī lún hé yà shí jī lún de sì jìng ， yǐ gé lún hé yǐ gé lún de sì jìng 。

Also Judah took Gaza with its border, and Ashkelon with its border, and Ekron with its border.

耶和華與猶大同在，猶大就趕出山地的居民，只是不能趕出平原的居民，因為他們有鐵車。

yē hé huá yǔ yóu dà tóng zài ， yóu dà jiù gǎn chū shān dì de jū mín ， zhǐ shì bù néng gǎn chū píng yuán de jū mín ， yīn wèi tā men yǒu tiě chē 。

The LORD was with Judah, and drove out the inhabitants of the hill country; for he could not drive out the inhabitants of the valley, because they had chariots of iron.

以色列人照摩西所說的，將希伯崙給了迦勒；迦勒就從那裏趕出亞衲族的三個族長。

yǐ sè liè rén zhào mó xī suǒ shuō de ， jiāng xī bó gěi le jiā lè ； jiā lè jiù cóng nà lǐ gǎn chū yà nà zú de sān gè zú zhǎng 。

They gave Hebron to Caleb, as Moses had said, and he drove the three sons of Anak out of there.

便雅憫人沒有趕出住耶路撒冷的耶布斯人。耶布斯人仍在耶路撒冷與便雅憫人同住，直到今日。

biàn yǎ mǐn rén méi yǒu gǎn chū zhù yē lù sā lěng de yē bù sī rén 。 yē bù sī rén réng zài yē lù sā lěng yǔ biàn yǎ mǐn rén tóng zhù ， zhí dào jīn rì 。

The children of Benjamin didn’t drive out the Jebusites who inhabited Jerusalem, but the Jebusites dwell with the children of Benjamin in Jerusalem to this day.

約瑟家也上去攻打伯特利；耶和華與他們同在。

yuē sè jiā yě shàng qù gōng dǎ bó tè lì ； yē hé huá yǔ tā men tóng zài 。

The house of Joseph also went up against Bethel, and the LORD was with them.

約瑟家打發人去窺探伯特利（那城起先名叫路斯）。

yuē sè jiā dǎ fā rén qù kuī tàn bó tè lì （ nà chéng qǐ xiān míng jiào lù sī ）。

The house of Joseph sent to spy out Bethel. (The name of the city before that was Luz.)

窺探的人看見一個人從城裏出來，就對他說：「求你將進城的路指示我們，我們必恩待你。」

kuī tàn de rén kàn jiàn yí gè rén cóng chéng lǐ chū lái ， jiù duì tā shuō ：「 qiú nǐ jiāng jìn chéng de lù zhǐ shì wǒ men ， wǒ men bì ēn dài nǐ 。」

The watchers saw a man come out of the city, and they said to him, “Please show us the entrance into the city, and we will deal kindly with you.”

那人將進城的路指示他們，他們就用刀擊殺了城中的居民，但將那人和他全家放去。

nà rén jiāng jìn chéng de lù zhǐ shì tā men ， tā men jiù yòng dāo jī shā le chéng zhōng de jū mín ， dàn jiāng nà rén hé tā quán jiā fàng qù 。

He showed them the entrance into the city, and they struck the city with the edge of the sword; but they let the man and all his family go.

那人往赫人之地去，築了一座城，起名叫路斯。那城到如今還叫這名。

nà rén wǎng hè rén zhī dì qù ， zhù le yí zuò chéng ， qǐ míng jiào lù sī 。 nà chéng dào rú jīn hái jiào zhè míng 。

The man went into the land of the Hittites, built a city, and called its name Luz, which is its name to this day.

瑪拿西沒有趕出伯‧善和屬伯‧善鄉村的居民，他納和屬他納鄉村的居民，多珥和屬多珥鄉村的居民，以伯蓮和屬以伯蓮鄉村的居民，米吉多和屬米吉多鄉村的居民；迦南人卻執意住在那些地方。

mǎ ná xī méi yǒu gǎn chū bó · shàn hé shǔ bó · shàn xiāng cūn de jū mín ， tā nà hé shǔ tā nà xiāng cūn de jū mín ， duō ěr hé shǔ duō ěr xiāng cūn de jū mín ， yǐ bó lián hé shǔ yǐ bó lián xiāng cūn de jū mín ， mǐ jí duō hé shǔ mǐ jí duō xiāng cūn de jū mín ； jiā nán rén què zhí yì zhù zài nà xiē dì fāng 。

Manasseh didn’t drive out the inhabitants of Beth Shean and its towns, nor Taanach and its towns, nor the inhabitants of Dor and its towns, nor the inhabitants of Ibleam and its towns, nor the inhabitants of Megiddo and its towns; but the Canaanites would dwell in that land.

及至以色列強盛了，就使迦南人做苦工，沒有把他們全然趕出。

jí zhì yǐ sè liè qiáng shèng le ， jiù shǐ jiā nán rén zuò kǔ gōng ， méi yǒu bǎ tā men quán rán gǎn chū 。

When Israel had grown strong, they put the Canaanites to forced labor, and didn’t utterly drive them out.

以法蓮沒有趕出住基色的迦南人。於是迦南人仍住在基色，在以法蓮中間。

yǐ fǎ lián méi yǒu gǎn chū zhù jī sè de jiā nán rén 。 yú shì jiā nán rén réng zhù zài jī sè ， zài yǐ fǎ lián zhōng jiān 。

Ephraim didn’t drive out the Canaanites who lived in Gezer, but the Canaanites lived in Gezer among them.

西布倫沒有趕出基倫的居民和拿哈拉的居民。於是迦南人仍住在西布倫中間，成了服苦的人。

xī bù lún méi yǒu gǎn chū jī lún de jū mín hé ná hā lā de jū mín 。 yú shì jiā nán rén réng zhù zài xī bù lún zhōng jiān ， chéng le fú kǔ de rén 。

Zebulun didn’t drive out the inhabitants of Kitron, nor the inhabitants of Nahalol; but the Canaanites lived among them, and became subject to forced labor.

亞設沒有趕出亞柯和西頓的居民，亞黑拉和亞革悉的居民，黑巴、亞弗革與利合的居民。

yà shè méi yǒu gǎn chū yà kē hé xī dùn de jū mín ， yà hēi lā hé yà gé xī de jū mín ， hēi bā 、 yà fú gé yǔ lì hé de jū mín 。

Asher didn’t drive out the inhabitants of Acco, nor the inhabitants of Sidon, nor of Ahlab, nor of Achzib, nor of Helbah, nor of Aphik, nor of Rehob;

於是，亞設因為沒有趕出那地的迦南人，就住在他們中間。

yú shì ， yà shè yīn wèi méi yǒu gǎn chū nà dì de jiā nán rén ， jiù zhù zài tā men zhōng jiān 。

but the Asherites lived among the Canaanites, the inhabitants of the land, for they didn’t drive them out.

拿弗他利沒有趕出伯‧示麥和伯‧亞納的居民，於是拿弗他利就住在那地的迦南人中間；然而伯‧示麥和伯‧亞納的居民成了服苦的人。

ná fú tā lì méi yǒu gǎn chū bó · shì mài hé bó · yà nà de jū mín ， yú shì ná fú tā lì jiù zhù zài nà dì de jiā nán rén zhōng jiān ； rán ér bó · shì mài hé bó · yà nà de jū mín chéng le fú kǔ de rén 。

Naphtali didn’t drive out the inhabitants of Beth Shemesh, nor the inhabitants of Beth Anath; but he lived among the Canaanites, the inhabitants of the land. Nevertheless the inhabitants of Beth Shemesh and of Beth Anath became subject to forced labor.

亞摩利人強逼但人住在山地，不容他們下到平原；

yà mó lì rén qiáng bī dàn rén zhù zài shān dì ， bù róng tā men xià dào píng yuán ；

The Amorites forced the children of Dan into the hill country, for they would not allow them to come down to the valley;

亞摩利人卻執意住在希烈山和亞雅崙並沙賓。然而約瑟家勝了他們，使他們成了服苦的人。

yà mó lì rén què zhí yì zhù zài xī liè shān hé yà yǎ bìng shā bīn 。 rán ér yuē sè jiā shèng le tā men ， shǐ tā men chéng le fú kǔ de rén 。

but the Amorites would dwell in Mount Heres, in Aijalon, and in Shaalbim. Yet the hand of the house of Joseph prevailed, so that they became subject to forced labor.

亞摩利人的境界，是從亞克拉濱坡，從西拉而上。

yà mó lì rén de jìng jiè ， shì cóng yà kè lā bīn pō ， cóng xī lā ér shàng 。

The border of the Amorites was from the ascent of Akrabbim, from the rock, and upward.
