士師記 2

耶和華的使者從吉甲上到波金，對以色列人說：「我使你們從埃及上來，領你們到我向你們列祖起誓應許之地。我又說：『我永不廢棄與你們所立的約。

yē hé huá de shǐ zhě cóng jí jiǎ shàng dào bō jīn ， duì yǐ sè liè rén shuō ：「 wǒ shǐ nǐ men cóng āi jí shàng lái ， lǐng nǐ men dào wǒ xiàng nǐ men liè zǔ qǐ shì yīng xǔ zhī dì 。 wǒ yòu shuō ：『 wǒ yǒng bú fèi qì yǔ nǐ men suǒ lì de yuē 。

The LORD’s angel came up from Gilgal to Bochim. He said, “I brought you out of Egypt, and have brought you to the land which I swore to give your fathers. I said, ‘I will never break my covenant with you.

你們也不可與這地的居民立約，要拆毀他們的祭壇。你們竟沒有聽從我的話！為何這樣行呢？』

nǐ men yě bù kě yǔ zhè dì de jū mín lì yuē ， yào chāi huǐ tā men de jì tán 。 nǐ men jìng méi yǒu tīng cóng wǒ de huà ！ wèi hé zhè yàng xíng ne ？』

You shall make no covenant with the inhabitants of this land. You shall break down their altars.’ But you have not listened to my voice. Why have you done this?

因此我又說：『我必不將他們從你們面前趕出；他們必作你們肋下的荊棘。他們的神必作你們的網羅。』」

yīn cǐ wǒ yòu shuō ：『 wǒ bì bù jiāng tā men cóng nǐ men miàn qián gǎn chū ； tā men bì zuò nǐ men lèi xià de jīng jí 。 tā men de shén bì zuò nǐ men de wǎng luó 。』」

Therefore I also said, ‘I will not drive them out from before you; but they shall be in your sides, and their gods will be a snare to you.’”

耶和華的使者向以色列眾人說這話的時候，百姓就放聲而哭；

yē hé huá de shǐ zhě xiàng yǐ sè liè zhòng rén shuō zhè huà de shí hòu ， bǎi xìng jiù fàng shēng ér kū ；

When the LORD’s angel spoke these words to all the children of Israel, the people lifted up their voice and wept.

於是給那地方起名叫波金 。眾人在那裏向耶和華獻祭。

yú shì gěi nà dì fāng qǐ míng jiào bō jīn 。 zhòng rén zài nà lǐ xiàng yē hé huá xiàn jì 。

They called the name of that place Bochim, and they sacrificed there to the LORD.

從前約書亞打發以色列百姓去的時候，他們各歸自己的地業，佔據地土。

cóng qián yuē shū yà dǎ fā yǐ sè liè bǎi xìng qù de shí hòu ， tā men gè guī zì jǐ de dì yè ， zhàn jù dì tǔ 。

Now when Joshua had sent the people away, the children of Israel each went to his inheritance to possess the land.

約書亞在世和約書亞死後，那些見耶和華為以色列人所行大事的長老還在的時候，百姓都事奉耶和華。

yuē shū yà zài shì hé yuē shū yà sǐ hòu ， nà xiē jiàn yē hé huá wèi yǐ sè liè rén suǒ xíng dà shì de zhǎng lǎo hái zài de shí hòu ， bǎi xìng dōu shì fèng yē hé huá 。

The people served the LORD all the days of Joshua, and all the days of the elders who outlived Joshua, who had seen all the great work of the LORD that he had worked for Israel.

耶和華的僕人、嫩的兒子約書亞，正一百一十歲就死了。

yē hé huá de pú rén 、 nèn de ér zi yuē shū yà ， zhèng yì bǎi yī shí suì jiù sǐ le 。

Joshua the son of Nun, the servant of the LORD, died, being one hundred ten years old.

以色列人將他葬在他地業的境內，就是在以法蓮山地的亭拿‧希烈，在迦實山的北邊。

yǐ sè liè rén jiāng tā zàng zài tā dì yè de jìng nèi ， jiù shì zài yǐ fǎ lián shān dì de tíng ná · xī liè ， zài jiā shí shān de běi biān 。

They buried him in the border of his inheritance in Timnath Heres, in the hill country of Ephraim, on the north of the mountain of Gaash.

那世代的人也都歸了自己的列祖。後來有別的世代興起，不知道耶和華，也不知道耶和華為以色列人所行的事。

nà shì dài de rén yě dōu guī le zì jǐ de liè zǔ 。 hòu lái yǒu bié de shì dài xīng qǐ ， bù zhī dào yē hé huá ， yě bù zhī dào yē hé huá wèi yǐ sè liè rén suǒ xíng de shì 。

After all that generation were gathered to their fathers, another generation arose after them who didn’t know the LORD, nor the work which he had done for Israel.

以色列人行耶和華眼中看為惡的事，去事奉諸巴力，

yǐ sè liè rén xíng yē hé huá yǎn zhōng kàn wèi è de shì ， qù shì fèng zhū bā lì ，

The children of Israel did that which was evil in the LORD’s sight, and served the Baals.

離棄了領他們出埃及地的耶和華－他們列祖的上帝，去叩拜別神，就是四圍列國的神，惹耶和華發怒；

lí qì le lǐng tā men chū āi jí dì de yē hé huá — tā men liè zǔ de shén ， qù kòu bài bié shén ， jiù shì sì wéi liè guó de shén ， rě yē hé huá fà nù ；

They abandoned the LORD, the God of their fathers, who brought them out of the land of Egypt, and followed other gods, of the gods of the peoples who were around them, and bowed themselves down to them; and they provoked the LORD to anger.

並離棄耶和華，去事奉巴力和亞斯她錄。

bìng lí qì yē hé huá ， qù shì fèng bā lì hé yà sī tā lù 。

They abandoned the LORD, and served Baal and the Ashtaroth.

耶和華的怒氣向以色列人發作，就把他們交在搶奪他們的人手中，又將他們付與四圍仇敵的手中，甚至他們在仇敵面前再不能站立得住。

yē hé huá de nù qì xiàng yǐ sè liè rén fā zuò ， jiù bǎ tā men jiāo zài qiǎng duó tā men de rén shǒu zhōng ， yòu jiāng tā men fù yǔ sì wéi chóu dí de shǒu zhōng ， shèn zhì tā men zài chóu dí miàn qián zài bù néng zhàn lì dé zhù 。

The LORD’s anger burned against Israel, and he delivered them into the hands of raiders who plundered them. He sold them into the hands of their enemies all around, so that they could no longer stand before their enemies.

他們無論往何處去，耶和華都以災禍攻擊他們，正如耶和華所說的話，又如耶和華向他們所起的誓；他們便極其困苦。

tā men wú lùn wǎng hé chù qù ， yē hé huá dōu yǐ zāi huò gōng jī tā men ， zhèng rú yē hé huá suǒ shuō de huà ， yòu rú yē hé huá xiàng tā men suǒ qǐ de shì ； tā men biàn jí qí kùn kǔ 。

Wherever they went out, the LORD’s hand was against them for evil, as the LORD had spoken, and as the LORD had sworn to them; and they were very distressed.

耶和華興起士師，士師就拯救他們脫離搶奪他們人的手。

yē hé huá xīng qǐ shì shī ， shì shī jiù zhěng jiù tā men tuō lí qiǎng duó tā men rén de shǒu 。

The LORD raised up judges, who saved them out of the hand of those who plundered them.

他們卻不聽從士師，竟隨從叩拜別神，行了邪淫，速速地偏離他們列祖所行的道，不如他們列祖順從耶和華的命令。

tā men què bù tīng cóng shì shī ， jìng suí cóng kòu bài bié shén ， xíng le xié yín ， sù sù dì piān lí tā men liè zǔ suǒ xíng de dào ， bù rú tā men liè zǔ shùn cóng yē hé huá de mìng lìng 。

Yet they didn’t listen to their judges; for they prostituted themselves to other gods, and bowed themselves down to them. They quickly turned away from the way in which their fathers walked, obeying the LORD’s commandments. They didn’t do so.

耶和華為他們興起士師，就與那士師同在。士師在世的一切日子，耶和華拯救他們脫離仇敵的手。他們因受欺壓擾害，就哀聲歎氣，所以耶和華後悔了。

yē hé huá wèi tā men xīng qǐ shì shī ， jiù yǔ nà shì shī tóng zài 。 shì shī zài shì de yí qiè rì zi ， yē hé huá zhěng jiù tā men tuō lí chóu dí de shǒu 。 tā men yīn shòu qī yā rǎo hài ， jiù āi shēng tàn qì ， suǒ yǐ yē hé huá hòu huǐ le 。

When the LORD raised up judges for them, then the LORD was with the judge, and saved them out of the hand of their enemies all the days of the judge; for it grieved the LORD because of their groaning by reason of those who oppressed them and troubled them.

及至士師死後，他們就轉去行惡，比他們列祖更甚，去事奉叩拜別神，總不斷絕頑梗的惡行。

jí zhì shì shī sǐ hòu ， tā men jiù zhuǎn qù xíng è ， bǐ tā men liè zǔ gèng shèn ， qù shì fèng kòu bài bié shén ， zǒng bú duàn jué wán gěng de è xíng 。

But when the judge was dead, they turned back, and dealt more corruptly than their fathers in following other gods to serve them and to bow down to them. They didn’t cease what they were doing, or give up their stubborn ways.

於是耶和華的怒氣向以色列人發作。他說：「因這民違背我吩咐他們列祖所守的約，不聽從我的話，

yú shì yē hé huá de nù qì xiàng yǐ sè liè rén fā zuò 。 tā shuō ：「 yīn zhè mín wéi bèi wǒ fēn fù tā men liè zǔ suǒ shǒu de yuē ， bù tīng cóng wǒ de huà ，

The LORD’s anger burned against Israel; and he said, “Because this nation transgressed my covenant which I commanded their fathers, and has not listened to my voice,

所以約書亞死的時候所剩下的各族，我必不再從他們面前趕出，

suǒ yǐ yuē shū yà sǐ de shí hòu suǒ shèng xià de gè zú ， wǒ bì bú zài cóng tā men miàn qián gǎn chū ，

I also will no longer drive out any of the nations that Joshua left when he died from before them;

為要藉此試驗以色列人，看他們肯照他們列祖謹守遵行我的道不肯。」

wèi yào jiè cǐ shì yàn yǐ sè liè rén ， kàn tā men kěn zhào tā men liè zǔ jǐn shǒu zūn xíng wǒ de dào bù kěn 。」

that by them I may test Israel, to see if they will keep the LORD’s way to walk therein, as their fathers kept it, or not.”

這樣耶和華留下各族，不將他們速速趕出，也沒有交付約書亞的手。

zhè yàng yē hé huá liú xià gè zú ， bù jiāng tā men sù sù gǎn chū ， yě méi yǒu jiāo fù yuē shū yà de shǒu 。

So the LORD left those nations, without driving them out hastily. He didn’t deliver them into Joshua’s hand.
