士師記 12

以法蓮人聚集，到了北方，對耶弗他說：「你去與亞捫人爭戰，為甚麼沒有招我們同去呢？我們必用火燒你和你的房屋。」

yǐ fǎ lián rén jù jí ， dào le běi fāng ， duì yē fú tā shuō ：「 nǐ qù yǔ yà mén rén zhēng zhàn ， wèi shén me méi yǒu zhāo wǒ men tóng qù ne ？ wǒ men bì yòng huǒ shāo nǐ hé nǐ de fáng wū 。」

The men of Ephraim were gathered together, and passed northward; and they said to Jephthah, “Why did you pass over to fight against the children of Ammon, and didn’t call us to go with you? We will burn your house around you with fire!”

耶弗他對他們說：「我和我的民與亞捫人大大爭戰；我招你們來，你們竟沒有來救我脫離他們的手。

yē fú tā duì tā men shuō ：「 wǒ hé wǒ de mín yǔ yà mén rén dà dà zhēng zhàn ； wǒ zhāo nǐ men lái ， nǐ men jìng méi yǒu lái jiù wǒ tuō lí tā men de shǒu 。

Jephthah said to them, “I and my people were at great strife with the children of Ammon; and when I called you, you didn’t save me out of their hand.

我見你們不來救我，我就拚命前去攻擊亞捫人，耶和華將他們交在我手中。你們今日為甚麼上我這裏來攻打我呢？」

wǒ jiàn nǐ men bù lái jiù wǒ ， wǒ jiù pīn mìng qián qù gōng jī yà mén rén ， yē hé huá jiāng tā men jiāo zài wǒ shǒu zhōng 。 nǐ men jīn rì wèi shén me shàng wǒ zhè lǐ lái gōng dǎ wǒ ne ？」

When I saw that you didn’t save me, I put my life in my hand, and passed over against the children of Ammon, and the LORD delivered them into my hand. Why then have you come up to me today, to fight against me?”

於是耶弗他招聚基列人，與以法蓮人爭戰。基列人擊殺以法蓮人，是因他們說：「你們基列人在以法蓮、瑪拿西中間，不過是以法蓮逃亡的人。」

yú shì yē fú tā zhāo jù jī liè rén ， yǔ yǐ fǎ lián rén zhēng zhàn 。 jī liè rén jī shā yǐ fǎ lián rén ， shì yīn tā men shuō ：「 nǐ men jī liè rén zài yǐ fǎ lián 、 mǎ ná xī zhōng jiān ， bú guò shì yǐ fǎ lián táo wáng de rén 。」

Then Jephthah gathered together all the men of Gilead, and fought with Ephraim. The men of Gilead struck Ephraim, because they said, “You are fugitives of Ephraim, you Gileadites, in the middle of Ephraim, and in the middle of Manasseh.”

基列人把守約旦河的渡口，不容以法蓮人過去。以法蓮逃走的人若說：「容我過去。」基列人就問他說：「你是以法蓮人不是？」他若說：「不是」，

jī liè rén bǎ shǒu yuē dàn hé de dù kǒu ， bù róng yǐ fǎ lián rén guò qù 。 yǐ fǎ lián táo zǒu de rén ruò shuō ：「 róng wǒ guò qù 。」 jī liè rén jiù wèn tā shuō ：「 nǐ shì yǐ fǎ lián rén bú shì ？」 tā ruò shuō ：「 bú shì 」，

The Gileadites took the fords of the Jordan against the Ephraimites. Whenever a fugitive of Ephraim said, “Let me go over,” the men of Gilead said to him, “Are you an Ephraimite?” If he said, “No;”

就對他說：「你說『示播列』。」以法蓮人因為咬不真字音，便說「西播列」。基列人就將他拿住，殺在約旦河的渡口。那時以法蓮人被殺的有四萬二千人。

jiù duì tā shuō ：「 nǐ shuō 『 shì bō liè 』。」 yǐ fǎ lián rén yīn wèi yǎo bù zhēn zì yīn ， biàn shuō 「 xī bō liè 」。 jī liè rén jiù jiāng tā ná zhù ， shā zài yuē dàn hé de dù kǒu 。 nà shí yǐ fǎ lián rén bèi shā de yǒu sì wàn èr qiān rén 。

then they said to him, “Now say ‘Shibboleth;’” and he said “Sibboleth”; for he couldn’t manage to pronounce it correctly, then they seized him and killed him at the fords of the Jordan. At that time, forty-two thousand of Ephraim fell.

耶弗他作以色列的士師六年。基列人耶弗他死了，葬在基列的一座城裏。

yē fú tā zuò yǐ sè liè de shì shī liù nián 。 jī liè rén yē fú tā sǐ le ， zàng zài jī liè de yí zuò chéng lǐ 。

Jephthah judged Israel six years. Then Jephthah the Gileadite died, and was buried in the cities of Gilead.

耶弗他以後，有伯利恆人以比讚作以色列的士師。

yē fú tā yǐ hòu ， yǒu bó lì héng rén yǐ bǐ zàn zuò yǐ sè liè dī shì shī 。

After him Ibzan of Bethlehem judged Israel.

他有三十個兒子，三十個女兒；女兒都嫁出去了。他給眾子從外鄉娶了三十個媳婦。他作以色列的士師七年。

tā yǒu sān shí gè ér zi ， sān shí gè nǚ ér ； nǚ ér dōu jià chū qù le 。 tā gěi zhòng zǐ cóng wài xiāng qǔ le sān shí gè xí fù 。 tā zuò yǐ sè liè dī shì shī qī nián 。

He had thirty sons. He sent his thirty daughters outside his clan, and he brought in thirty daughters from outside his clan for his sons. He judged Israel seven years.

以比讚死了，葬在伯利恆。

yǐ bǐ zàn sǐ le ， zàng zài bó lì héng 。

Ibzan died, and was buried at Bethlehem.

以比讚之後，有西布倫人以倫，作以色列的士師十年。

yǐ bǐ zàn zhī hòu ， yǒu xī bù lún rén yǐ lún ， zuò yǐ sè liè dī shì shī shí nián 。

After him, Elon the Zebulunite judged Israel; and he judged Israel ten years.

西布倫人以倫死了，葬在西布倫地的亞雅崙。

xī bù lún rén yǐ lún sǐ le ， zàng zài xī bù lún dì de yà yǎ 。

Elon the Zebulunite died, and was buried in Aijalon in the land of Zebulun.

以倫之後，有比拉頓人希列的兒子押頓作以色列的士師。

yǐ lún zhī hòu ， yǒu bǐ lā dùn rén xī liè de ér zi yā dùn zuò yǐ sè liè dī shì shī 。

After him, Abdon the son of Hillel the Pirathonite judged Israel.

他有四十個兒子，三十個孫子，騎着七十匹驢駒。押頓作以色列的士師八年。

tā yǒu sì shí gè ér zi ， sān shí gè sūn zi ， qí zhe qī shí pǐ lǘ jū 。 yā dùn zuò yǐ sè liè dī shì shī bā nián 。

He had forty sons and thirty sons’ sons who rode on seventy donkey colts. He judged Israel eight years.

比拉頓人希列的兒子押頓死了，葬在以法蓮地的比拉頓，在亞瑪力人的山地。

bǐ lā dùn rén xī liè de ér zi yā dùn sǐ le ， zàng zài yǐ fǎ lián dì de bǐ lā dùn ， zài yà mǎ lì rén de shān dì 。

Abdon the son of Hillel the Pirathonite died, and was buried in Pirathon in the land of Ephraim, in the hill country of the Amalekites.
