耶利米哀歌 4

黃金何其失光！ 純金何其變色！ 聖所的石頭倒在各市口上。

huáng jīn hé qí shī guāng ！ chún jīn hé qí biàn sè ！ shèng suǒ de shí tou dǎo zài gè shì kǒu shàng 。

How the gold has become dim! The most pure gold has changed! The stones of the sanctuary are poured out at the head of every street.

錫安寶貴的眾子好比精金， 現在何竟算為窯匠手所做的瓦瓶？

xī ān bǎo guì de zhòng zǐ hǎo bǐ jīng jīn ， xiàn zài hé jìng suàn wèi yáo jiàng shǒu suǒ zuò de wǎ píng ？

The precious sons of Zion, comparable to fine gold, how they are esteemed as earthen pitchers, the work of the hands of the potter!

野狗尚且把奶乳哺其子， 我民的婦人倒成為殘忍， 好像曠野的鴕鳥一般。

yě gǒu shàng qiě bǎ nǎi rǔ bǔ qí zǐ ， wǒ mín de fù rén dǎo chéng wéi cán rěn ， hǎo xiàng kuàng yě de tuó niǎo yì bān 。

Even the jackals offer their breast. They nurse their young ones. But the daughter of my people has become cruel, like the ostriches in the wilderness.

吃奶孩子的舌頭因乾渴貼住上膛； 孩童求餅，無人擘給他們。

chī nǎi hái zǐ de shé tou yīn gān kě tiē zhù shàng táng ； hái tóng qiú bǐng ， wú rén bò gěi tā men 。

The tongue of the nursing child clings to the roof of his mouth for thirst. The young children ask for bread, and no one breaks it for them.

素來吃美好食物的， 現今在街上變為孤寒； 素來臥朱紅褥子的， 現今躺臥糞堆。

sù lái chī měi hǎo shí wù de ， xiàn jīn zài jiē shàng biàn wèi gū hán ； sù lái wò zhū hóng rù zǐ de ， xiàn jīn tǎng wò fèn duī 。

Those who ate delicacies are desolate in the streets. Those who were brought up in purple embrace dunghills.

都因我眾民的罪孽比所多瑪的罪還大； 所多瑪雖然無人加手於她， 還是轉眼之間被傾覆。

dōu yīn wǒ zhòng mín de zuì niè bǐ suǒ duō mǎ de zuì hái dà ； suǒ duō mǎ suī rán wú rén jiā shǒu yú tā ， hái shì zhuǎn yǎn zhī jiān bèi qīng fù 。

For the iniquity of the daughter of my people is greater than the sin of Sodom, which was overthrown as in a moment. No hands were laid on her.

錫安的貴冑素來比雪純淨， 比奶更白； 他們的身體比紅寶玉 更紅， 像光潤的藍寶石一樣。

xī ān de guì zhòu sù lái bǐ xuě chún jìng ， bǐ nǎi gèng bái ； tā men de shēn tǐ bǐ hóng bǎo yù gèng hóng ， xiàng guāng rùn de lán bǎo shí yí yàng 。

Her nobles were purer than snow. They were whiter than milk. They were more ruddy in body than rubies. Their polishing was like sapphire.

現在他們的面貌比煤炭更黑， 以致在街上無人認識； 他們的皮膚緊貼骨頭， 枯乾如同槁木。

xiàn zài tā men de miàn mào bǐ méi tàn gèng hēi ， yǐ zhì zài jiē shàng wú rén rèn shi ； tā men de pí fū jǐn tiē gǔ tou ， kū gān rú tóng gǎo mù 。

Their appearance is blacker than a coal. They are not known in the streets. Their skin clings to their bones. It is withered. It has become like wood.

餓死的不如被刀殺的， 因為這是缺了田間的土產， 就身體衰弱，漸漸消滅。

è sǐ de bù rú bèi dāo shā de ， yīn wèi zhè shì quē le tián jiān de tǔ chǎn ， jiù shēn tǐ shuāi ruò ， jiàn jiàn xiāo miè 。

Those who are killed with the sword are better than those who are killed with hunger; for these pine away, stricken through, for lack of the fruits of the field.

慈心的婦人，當我眾民被毀滅的時候， 親手煮自己的兒女作為食物。

cí xīn de fù rén ， dāng wǒ zhòng mín bèi huǐ miè de shí hòu ， qīn shǒu zhǔ zì jǐ de ér nǚ zuò wéi shí wù 。

The hands of the pitiful women have boiled their own children. They were their food in the destruction of the daughter of my people.

耶和華發怒成就他所定的， 倒出他的烈怒； 在錫安使火着起， 燒毀錫安的根基。

yē hé huá fà nù chéng jiù tā suǒ dìng de ， dǎo chū tā de liè nù ； zài xī ān shǐ huǒ zhe qǐ ， shāo huǐ xī ān de gēn jī 。

The LORD has accomplished his wrath. He has poured out his fierce anger. He has kindled a fire in Zion, which has devoured its foundations.

地上的君王和世上的居民都不信 敵人和仇敵能進耶路撒冷的城門。

dì shàng de jūn wáng hé shì shàng de jū mín dōu bú xìn dí rén hé chóu dí néng jìn yē lù sā lěng de chéng mén 。

The kings of the earth didn’t believe, neither did all the inhabitants of the world, that the adversary and the enemy would enter into the gates of Jerusalem.

這都因她先知的罪惡和祭司的罪孽； 他們在城中流了義人的血。

zhè dōu yīn tā xiān zhī de zuì è hé jì sī de zuì niè ； tā men zài chéng zhōng liú le yì rén de xuè 。

It is because of the sins of her prophets and the iniquities of her priests, that have shed the blood of the just in the middle of her.

他們在街上如瞎子亂走， 又被血玷污， 以致人不能摸他們的衣服。

tā men zài jiē shàng rú xiā zǐ luàn zǒu ， yòu bèi xuè diàn wū ， yǐ zhì rén bù néng mō tā men de yī fu 。

They wander as blind men in the streets. They are polluted with blood, So that men can’t touch their garments.

人向他們喊着說： 不潔淨的，躲開，躲開！ 不要挨近我！ 他們逃走飄流的時候， 列國中有人說： 他們不可仍在這裏寄居。

rén xiàng tā men hǎn zhe shuō ： bù jié jìng de ， duǒ kāi ， duǒ kāi ！ bú yào āi jìn wǒ ！ tā men táo zǒu piāo liú de shí hòu ， liè guó zhōng yǒu rén shuō ： tā men bù kě réng zài zhè lǐ jì jū 。

“Go away!” they cried to them. “Unclean! Go away! Go away! Don’t touch! When they fled away and wandered, men said among the nations, “They can’t live here any more.”

耶和華發怒，將他們分散， 不再眷顧他們； 人不重看祭司，也不厚待長老。

yē hé huá fà nù ， jiāng tā men fēn sàn ， bú zài juàn gù tā men ； rén bú zhòng kàn jì sī ， yě bú hòu dài zhǎng lǎo 。

The LORD’s anger has scattered them. He will not pay attention to them any more. They didn’t respect the persons of the priests. They didn’t favor the elders.

我們仰望人來幫助， 以致眼目失明，還是枉然； 我們所盼望的，竟盼望一個不能救人的國！

wǒ men yǎng wàng rén lái bāng zhù ， yǐ zhì yǎn mù shī míng ， hái shì wǎng rán ； wǒ men suǒ pàn wàng de ， jìng pàn wàng yí gè bù néng jiù rén de guó ！

Our eyes still fail, looking in vain for our help. In our watching we have watched for a nation that could not save.

仇敵追趕我們的腳步像打獵的， 以致我們不敢在自己的街上行走。 我們的結局臨近； 我們的日子滿足； 我們的結局來到了。

chóu dí zhuī gǎn wǒ men de jiǎo bù xiàng dǎ liè de ， yǐ zhì wǒ men bù gǎn zài zì jǐ de jiē shàng xíng zǒu 。 wǒ men de jié jú lín jìn ； wǒ men de rì zi mǎn zú ； wǒ men de jié jú lái dào le 。

They hunt our steps, so that we can’t go in our streets. Our end is near. Our days are fulfilled, for our end has come.

追趕我們的比空中的鷹更快； 他們在山上追逼我們， 在曠野埋伏，等候我們。

zhuī gǎn wǒ men de bǐ kōng zhōng de yīng gèng kuài ； tā men zài shān shàng zhuī bī wǒ men ， zài kuàng yě mái fú ， děng hòu wǒ men 。

Our pursuers were swifter than the eagles of the sky. They chased us on the mountains. They set an ambush for us in the wilderness.

耶和華的受膏者好比我們鼻中的氣， 在他們的坑中被捉住； 我們曾論到他說： 我們必在他蔭下， 在列國中存活。

yē hé huá de shòu gāo zhě hǎo bǐ wǒ men bí zhōng de qì ， zài tā men de kēng zhōng bèi zhuō zhù ； wǒ men céng lùn dào tā shuō ： wǒ men bì zài tā yìn xià ， zài liè guó zhōng cún huó 。

The breath of our nostrils, the anointed of the LORD, was taken in their pits; of whom we said, under his shadow we will live among the nations.

住烏斯地的以東民哪，只管歡喜快樂； 苦杯也必傳到你那裏； 你必喝醉，以致露體。

zhù wū sī dì de yǐ dōng mín nǎ ， zhǐ guǎn huān xǐ kuài lè ； kǔ bēi yě bì chuán dào nǐ nà lǐ ； nǐ bì hē zuì ， yǐ zhì lù tǐ 。

Rejoice and be glad, daughter of Edom, who dwells in the land of Uz. The cup will pass through to you also. You will be drunken, and will make yourself naked.

錫安的民哪，你罪孽的刑罰受足了， 耶和華必不使你再被擄去。 以東的民哪，他必追討你的罪孽， 顯露你的罪惡。

xī ān de mín nǎ ， nǐ zuì niè de xíng fá shòu zú le ， yē hé huá bì bù shǐ nǐ zài bèi lǔ qù 。 yǐ dōng de mín nǎ ， tā bì zhuī tǎo nǐ de zuì niè ， xiǎn lù nǐ de zuì è 。

The punishment of your iniquity is accomplished, daughter of Zion. He will no more carry you away into captivity. He will visit your iniquity, daughter of Edom. He will uncover your sins.
