路加福音 23

眾人都起來，把耶穌解到彼拉多面前，

zhòng rén dōu qǐ lái ， bǎ yē sū jiě dào bǐ lā duō miàn qián ，

The whole company of them rose up and brought him before Pilate.

就告他說：「我們見這人誘惑國民，禁止納稅給凱撒，並說自己是基督，是王。」

jiù gào tā shuō ：「 wǒ men jiàn zhè rén yòu huò guó mín ， jìn zhǐ nà shuì gěi kǎi sā ， bìng shuō zì jǐ shì jī dū ， shì wáng 。」

They began to accuse him, saying, “We found this man perverting the nation, forbidding paying taxes to Caesar, and saying that he himself is Christ, a king.”

彼拉多問耶穌說：「你是猶太人的王嗎？」耶穌回答說：「你說的是。」

bǐ lā duō wèn yē sū shuō ：「 nǐ shì yóu tài rén de wáng ma ？」 yē sū huí dá shuō ：「 nǐ shuō de shì 。」

Pilate asked him, “Are you the King of the Jews?” He answered him, “So you say.”

彼拉多對祭司長和眾人說：「我查不出這人有甚麼罪來。」

bǐ lā duō duì jì sī zhǎng hé zhòng rén shuō ：「 wǒ chá bù chū zhè rén yǒu shén me zuì lái 。」

Pilate said to the chief priests and the multitudes, “I find no basis for a charge against this man.”

但他們越發極力地說：「他煽惑百姓，在猶太遍地傳道，從加利利起，直到這裏了。」

dàn tā men yuè fā jí lì dì shuō ：「 tā shān huò bǎi xìng ， zài yóu tài biàn dì chuán dào ， cóng jiā lì lì qǐ ， zhí dào zhè lǐ le 。」

But they insisted, saying, “He stirs up the people, teaching throughout all Judea, beginning from Galilee even to this place.”

彼拉多一聽見，就問：「這人是加利利人嗎？」

bǐ lā duō yì tīng jiàn ， jiù wèn ：「 zhè rén shì jiā lì lì rén ma ？」

But when Pilate heard Galilee mentioned, he asked if the man was a Galilean.

既曉得耶穌屬希律所管，就把他送到希律那裏去。那時希律正在耶路撒冷。

jì xiǎo de yē sū shǔ xī lǜ suǒ guǎn ， jiù bǎ tā sòng dào xī lǜ nà lǐ qù 。 nà shí xī lǜ zhèng zài yē lù sā lěng 。

When he found out that he was in Herod’s jurisdiction, he sent him to Herod, who was also in Jerusalem during those days.

希律看見耶穌，就很歡喜；因為聽見過他的事，久已想要見他，並且指望看他行一件神蹟，

xī lǜ kàn jiàn yē sū ， jiù hěn huān xǐ ； yīn wèi tīng jiàn guò tā de shì ， jiǔ yǐ xiǎng yào jiàn tā ， bìng qiě zhǐ wàng kàn tā xíng yí jiàn shén jì ，

Now when Herod saw Jesus, he was exceedingly glad, for he had wanted to see him for a long time, because he had heard many things about him. He hoped to see some miracle done by him.

於是問他許多的話，耶穌卻一言不答。

yú shì wèn tā xǔ duō de huà ， yē sū què yì yán bù dá 。

He questioned him with many words, but he gave no answers.

祭司長和文士都站着，極力地告他。

jì sī zhǎng hé wén shì dōu zhàn zhe ， jí lì dì gào tā 。

The chief priests and the scribes stood, vehemently accusing him.

希律和他的兵丁就藐視耶穌，戲弄他，給他穿上華麗衣服，把他送回彼拉多那裏去。

xī lǜ hé tā de bīng dīng jiù miǎo shì yē sū ， xì nòng tā ， gěi tā chuān shàng huá lì yī fu ， bǎ tā sòng huí bǐ lā duō nà lǐ qù 。

Herod with his soldiers humiliated him and mocked him. Dressing him in luxurious clothing, they sent him back to Pilate.

從前希律和彼拉多彼此有仇，在那一天就成了朋友。

cóng qián xī lǜ hé bǐ lā duō bǐ cǐ yǒu chóu ， zài nà yì tiān jiù chéng le péng yǒu 。

Herod and Pilate became friends with each other that very day, for before that they were enemies with each other.

彼拉多傳齊了祭司長和官府並百姓，

bǐ lā duō chuán qí le jì sī zhǎng hé guān fǔ bìng bǎi xìng ，

Pilate called together the chief priests, the rulers, and the people,

就對他們說：「你們解這人到我這裏，說他是誘惑百姓的。看哪，我也曾將你們告他的事，在你們面前審問他，並沒有查出他甚麼罪來；

jiù duì tā men shuō ：「 nǐ men jiě zhè rén dào wǒ zhè lǐ ， shuō tā shì yòu huò bǎi xìng de 。 kàn nǎ ， wǒ yě céng jiāng nǐ men gào tā de shì ， zài nǐ men miàn qián shěn wèn tā ， bìng méi yǒu chá chū tā shén me zuì lái ；

and said to them, “You brought this man to me as one that perverts the people, and behold, having examined him before you, I found no basis for a charge against this man concerning those things of which you accuse him.

就是希律也是如此，所以把他送回來。可見他沒有做甚麼該死的事。

jiù shì xī lǜ yě shì rú cǐ ， suǒ yǐ bǎ tā sòng huí lái 。 kě jiàn tā méi yǒu zuò shén me gāi sǐ de shì 。

Neither has Herod, for I sent you to him, and see, nothing worthy of death has been done by him.

故此，我要責打他，把他釋放了。」

gù cǐ ， wǒ yào zé dǎ tā ， bǎ tā shì fàng le 。」

I will therefore chastise him and release him.”

Now he had to release one prisoner to them at the feast.

眾人卻一齊喊着說：「除掉這個人！釋放巴拉巴給我們！」

zhòng rén què yì qí hǎn zhe shuō ：「 chú diào zhè ge rén ！ shì fàng bā lā bā gěi wǒ men ！」

But they all cried out together, saying, “Away with this man! Release to us Barabbas!”—

這巴拉巴是因在城裏作亂殺人，下在監裏的。

zhè bā lā bā shì yīn zài chéng lǐ zuò luàn shā rén ， xià zài jiān lǐ de 。

one who was thrown into prison for a certain revolt in the city, and for murder.

彼拉多願意釋放耶穌，就又勸解他們。

bǐ lā duō yuàn yì shì fàng yē sū ， jiù yòu quàn jiě tā men 。

Then Pilate spoke to them again, wanting to release Jesus,

無奈他們喊着說：「釘他十字架！釘他十字架！」

wú nài tā men hǎn zhe shuō ：「 dīng tā shí zì jià ！ dīng tā shí zì jià ！」

but they shouted, saying, “Crucify! Crucify him!”

彼拉多第三次對他們說：「為甚麼呢？這人做了甚麼惡事呢？我並沒有查出他甚麼該死的罪來。所以，我要責打他，把他釋放了。」

bǐ lā duō dì sān cì duì tā men shuō ：「 wèi shén me ne ？ zhè rén zuò le shén me è shì ne ？ wǒ bìng méi yǒu chá chū tā shén me gāi sǐ de zuì lái 。 suǒ yǐ ， wǒ yào zé dǎ tā ， bǎ tā shì fàng le 。」

He said to them the third time, “Why? What evil has this man done? I have found no capital crime in him. I will therefore chastise him and release him.”

他們大聲催逼彼拉多，求他把耶穌釘在十字架上。他們的聲音就得了勝。

tā men dà shēng cuī bī bǐ lā duō ， qiú tā bǎ yē sū dīng zài shí zì jià shàng 。 tā men de shēng yīn jiù dé le shèng 。

But they were urgent with loud voices, asking that he might be crucified. Their voices and the voices of the chief priests prevailed.

彼拉多這才照他們所求的定案，

bǐ lā duō zhè cái zhào tā men suǒ qiú de dìng àn ，

Pilate decreed that what they asked for should be done.

把他們所求的那作亂殺人、下在監裏的釋放了，把耶穌交給他們，任憑他們的意思行。

bǎ tā men suǒ qiú de nà zuò luàn shā rén 、 xià zài jiān lǐ de shì fàng le ， bǎ yē sū jiāo gěi tā men ， rèn píng tā men de yì sī xíng 。

He released him who had been thrown into prison for insurrection and murder, for whom they asked, but he delivered Jesus up to their will.

帶耶穌去的時候，有一個古利奈人西門，從鄉下來；他們就抓住他，把十字架擱在他身上，叫他背着跟隨耶穌。

dài yē sū qù de shí hòu ， yǒu yí gè gǔ lì nài rén xī mén ， cóng xiāng xià lái ； tā men jiù zhuā zhù tā ， bǎ shí zì jià gē zài tā shēn shàng ， jiào tā bèi zhe gēn suí yē sū 。

When they led him away, they grabbed one Simon of Cyrene, coming from the country, and laid the cross on him to carry it after Jesus.

有許多百姓跟隨耶穌，內中有好些婦女；婦女們為他號咷痛哭。

yǒu xǔ duō bǎi xìng gēn suí yē sū ， nèi zhōng yǒu hǎo xiē fù nǚ ； fù nǚ men wèi tā hào táo tòng kū 。

A great multitude of the people followed him, including women who also mourned and lamented him.

耶穌轉身對她們說：「耶路撒冷的女子，不要為我哭，當為自己和自己的兒女哭。

yē sū zhuǎn shēn duì tā men shuō ：「 yē lù sā lěng de nǚ zǐ ， bú yào wèi wǒ kū ， dāng wèi zì jǐ hé zì jǐ de ér nǚ kū 。

But Jesus, turning to them, said, “Daughters of Jerusalem, don’t weep for me, but weep for yourselves and for your children.

因為日子要到，人必說：『不生育的，和未曾懷胎的，未曾乳養嬰孩的，有福了！』

yīn wèi rì zi yào dào ， rén bì shuō ：『 bù shēng yù de ， hé wèi céng huái tāi de ， wèi céng rǔ yǎng yīng hái de ， yǒu fú le ！』

For behold, the days are coming in which they will say, ‘Blessed are the barren, the wombs that never bore, and the breasts that never nursed.’

那時，人要向大山說： 倒在我們身上！ 向小山說： 遮蓋我們！

nà shí ， rén yào xiàng dà shān shuō ： dǎo zài wǒ men shēn shàng ！ xiàng xiǎo shān shuō ： zhē gài wǒ men ！

Then they will begin to tell the mountains, ‘Fall on us!’ and tell the hills, ‘Cover us.’

「這些事既行在有汁水的樹上，那枯乾的樹將來怎麼樣呢？」

「 zhè xiē shì jì xíng zài yǒu zhī shuǐ de shù shàng ， nà kū gān de shù jiāng lái zěn me yàng ne ？」

For if they do these things in the green tree, what will be done in the dry?”

又有兩個犯人，和耶穌一同帶來處死。

yòu yǒu liǎng gè fàn rén ， hé yē sū yì tóng dài lái chǔ sǐ 。

There were also others, two criminals, led with him to be put to death.

到了一個地方，名叫「髑髏地」，就在那裏把耶穌釘在十字架上，又釘了兩個犯人：一個在左邊，一個在右邊。

dào le yí gè dì fāng ， míng jiào 「 dú lóu dì 」， jiù zài nà lǐ bǎ yē sū dīng zài shí zì jià shàng ， yòu dīng le liǎng gè fàn rén ： yí gè zài zuǒ biān ， yí gè zài yòu biān 。

When they came to the place that is called “The Skull”, they crucified him there with the criminals, one on the right and the other on the left.

當下耶穌說：「父啊！赦免他們；因為他們所做的，他們不曉得。」兵丁就拈鬮分他的衣服。

dāng xià yē sū shuō ：「 fù a ！ shè miǎn tā men ； yīn wèi tā men suǒ zuò de ， tā men bù xiǎo de 。」 bīng dīng jiù niān jiū fēn tā de yī fu 。

Jesus said, “Father, forgive them, for they don’t know what they are doing.” Dividing his garments among them, they cast lots.

百姓站在那裏觀看。官府也嗤笑他，說：「他救了別人；他若是基督，上帝所揀選的，可以救自己吧！」

bǎi xìng zhàn zài nà lǐ guān kàn 。 guān fǔ yě chī xiào tā ， shuō ：「 tā jiù le bié rén ； tā ruò shì jī dū ， shén suǒ jiǎn xuǎn de ， kě yǐ jiù zì jǐ ba ！」

The people stood watching. The rulers with them also scoffed at him, saying, “He saved others. Let him save himself, if this is the Christ of God, his chosen one!”

兵丁也戲弄他，上前拿醋送給他喝，

bīng dīng yě xì nòng tā ， shàng qián ná cù sòng gěi tā hē ，

The soldiers also mocked him, coming to him and offering him vinegar,

說：「你若是猶太人的王，可以救自己吧！」

shuō ：「 nǐ ruò shì yóu tài rén de wáng ， kě yǐ jiù zì jǐ ba ！」

and saying, “If you are the King of the Jews, save yourself!”

在耶穌以上有一個牌子 寫着：「這是猶太人的王。」

zài yē sū yǐ shàng yǒu yí gè pái zi xiě zhe ：「 zhè shì yóu tài rén de wáng 。」

An inscription was also written over him in letters of Greek, Latin, and Hebrew: “THIS IS THE KING OF THE JEWS.”

那同釘的兩個犯人有一個譏笑他，說：「你不是基督嗎？可以救自己和我們吧！」

nà tóng dīng de liǎng gè fàn rén yǒu yí gè jī xiào tā ， shuō ：「 nǐ bú shì jī dū ma ？ kě yǐ jiù zì jǐ hé wǒ men ba ！」

One of the criminals who was hanged insulted him, saying, “If you are the Christ, save yourself and us!”

那一個就應聲責備他，說：「你既是一樣受刑的，還不怕上帝嗎？

nà yí gè jiù yìng shēng zé bèi tā ， shuō ：「 nǐ jì shì yí yàng shòu xíng de ， hái bú pà shén ma ？

But the other answered, and rebuking him said, “Don’t you even fear God, seeing you are under the same condemnation?

我們是應該的，因我們所受的與我們所做的相稱，但這個人沒有做過一件不好的事。」

wǒ men shì yīng gāi de ， yīn wǒ men suǒ shòu de yǔ wǒ men suǒ zuò de xiāng chèn ， dàn zhè ge rén méi yǒu zuò guò yí jiàn bù hǎo de shì 。」

And we indeed justly, for we receive the due reward for our deeds, but this man has done nothing wrong.”

就說：「耶穌啊，你得國降臨的時候，求你記念我！」

jiù shuō ：「 yē sū a ， nǐ dé guó jiàng lín de shí hòu ， qiú nǐ jì niàn wǒ ！」

He said to Jesus, “Lord, remember me when you come into your Kingdom.”

耶穌對他說：「我實在告訴你，今日你要同我在樂園裏了。」

yē sū duì tā shuō ：「 wǒ shí zài gào sù nǐ ， jīn rì nǐ yào tóng wǒ zài lè yuán lǐ le 。」

Jesus said to him, “Assuredly I tell you, today you will be with me in Paradise.”

那時約有午正，遍地都黑暗了，直到申初，

nà shí yuē yǒu wǔ zhèng ， biàn dì dōu hēi àn le ， zhí dào shēn chū ，

It was now about the sixth hour, and darkness came over the whole land until the ninth hour.

日頭變黑了；殿裏的幔子從當中裂為兩半。

rì tou biàn hēi le ； diàn lǐ de màn zǐ cóng dāng zhōng liè wèi liǎng bàn 。

The sun was darkened, and the veil of the temple was torn in two.

耶穌大聲喊着說：「父啊！我將我的靈魂交在你手裏。」說了這話，氣就斷了。

yē sū dà shēng hǎn zhe shuō ：「 fù a ！ wǒ jiāng wǒ de líng hún jiāo zài nǐ shǒu lǐ 。」 shuō le zhè huà ， qì jiù duàn le 。

Jesus, crying with a loud voice, said, “Father, into your hands I commit my spirit!” Having said this, he breathed his last.

百夫長看見所成的事，就歸榮耀與上帝，說：「這真是個義人！」

bǎi fū zhǎng kàn jiàn suǒ chéng de shì ， jiù guī róng yào yǔ shén ， shuō ：「 zhè zhēn shì gè yì rén ！」

When the centurion saw what was done, he glorified God, saying, “Certainly this was a righteous man.”

聚集觀看的眾人見了這所成的事都捶着胸回去了。

jù jí guān kàn de zhòng rén jiàn le zhè suǒ chéng de shì dōu chuí zhe xiōng huí qù le 。

All the multitudes that came together to see this, when they saw the things that were done, returned home beating their chests.

還有一切與耶穌熟識的人，和從加利利跟着他來的婦女們，都遠遠地站着看這些事。

hái yǒu yí qiè yǔ yē sū shú shí de rén ， hé cóng jiā lì lì gēn zhe tā lái de fù nǚ men ， dōu yuǎn yuǎn dì zhàn zhe kàn zhè xiē shì 。

All his acquaintances and the women who followed with him from Galilee stood at a distance, watching these things.

有一個人名叫約瑟，是個議士，為人善良公義；

yǒu yí gè rén míng jiào yuē sè ， shì gè yì shì ， wèi rén shàn liáng gōng yì ；

Behold, there was a man named Joseph, who was a member of the council, a good and righteous man

眾人所謀所為，他並沒有附從。他本是猶太、亞利馬太城裏素常盼望上帝國的人。

zhòng rén suǒ móu suǒ wèi ， tā bìng méi yǒu fù cóng 。 tā běn shì yóu tài 、 yà lì mǎ tài chéng lǐ sù cháng pàn wàng shén guó de rén 。

(he had not consented to their counsel and deed), from Arimathaea, a city of the Jews, who was also waiting for God’s Kingdom.

這人去見彼拉多，求耶穌的身體，

zhè rén qù jiàn bǐ lā duō ， qiú yē sū de shēn tǐ ，

This man went to Pilate, and asked for Jesus’ body.

就取下來，用細麻布裹好，安放在石頭鑿成的墳墓裏；那裏頭從來沒有葬過人。

jiù qǔ xià lái ， yòng xì má bù guǒ hǎo ， ān fàng zài shí tou záo chéng de fén mù lǐ ； nà lǐ tou cóng lái méi yǒu zàng guò rén 。

He took it down and wrapped it in a linen cloth, and laid him in a tomb that was cut in stone, where no one had ever been laid.

那日是預備日，安息日也快到了。

nà rì shì yù bèi rì ， ān xī rì yě kuài dào le 。

It was the day of the Preparation, and the Sabbath was drawing near.

那些從加利利和耶穌同來的婦女跟在後面，看見了墳墓和他的身體怎樣安放。

nà xiē cóng jiā lì lì hé yē sū tóng lái de fù nǚ gēn zài hòu miàn ， kàn jiàn le fén mù hé tā de shēn tǐ zěn yàng ān fàng 。

The women who had come with him out of Galilee followed after, and saw the tomb and how his body was laid.

她們就回去，預備了香料香膏。她們在安息日，便遵着誡命安息了。

tā men jiù huí qù ， yù bèi le xiāng liào xiāng gāo 。 tā men zài ān xī rì ， biàn zūn zhe jiè mìng ān xī le 。

They returned and prepared spices and ointments. On the Sabbath they rested according to the commandment.
