馬可福音 14

過兩天是逾越節，又是除酵節，祭司長和文士想法子怎麼用詭計捉拿耶穌，殺他。

guò liǎng tiān shì yú yuè jié ， yòu shì chú jiào jié ， jì sī zhǎng hé wén shì xiǎng fǎ zǐ zěn me yòng guǐ jì zhuō ná yē sū ， shā tā 。

It was now two days before the Passover and the Feast of Unleavened Bread, and the chief priests and the scribes sought how they might seize him by deception and kill him.

只是說：「當節的日子不可，恐怕百姓生亂。」

zhǐ shì shuō ：「 dāng jié de rì zi bù kě ， kǒng pà bǎi xìng shēng luàn 。」

For they said, “Not during the feast, because there might be a riot among the people.”

耶穌在伯大尼長大痲瘋的西門家裏坐席的時候，有一個女人拿着一玉瓶至貴的真哪噠香膏來，打破玉瓶，把膏澆在耶穌的頭上。

yē sū zài bó dà ní zhǎng dà má fēng de xī mén jiā lǐ zuò xí de shí hòu ， yǒu yí gè nǚ rén ná zhe yí yù píng zhì guì de zhēn nǎ dā xiāng gāo lái ， dǎ pò yù píng ， bǎ gāo jiāo zài yē sū de tóu shàng 。

While he was at Bethany, in the house of Simon the leper, as he sat at the table, a woman came having an alabaster jar of ointment of pure nard—very costly. She broke the jar and poured it over his head.

有幾個人心中很不喜悅，說：「何用這樣枉費香膏呢？

yǒu jǐ gè rén xīn zhōng hěn bù xǐ yuè ， shuō ：「 hé yòng zhè yàng wǎng fèi xiāng gāo ne ？

But there were some who were indignant among themselves, saying, “Why has this ointment been wasted?

這香膏可以賣三十多兩銀子賙濟窮人。」他們就向那女人生氣。

zhè xiāng gāo kě yǐ mài sān shí duō liǎng yín zi zhōu jì qióng rén 。」 tā men jiù xiàng nà nǚ rén shēng qì 。

For this might have been sold for more than three hundred denarii and given to the poor.” So they grumbled against her.

耶穌說：「由她吧！為甚麼難為她呢？她在我身上做的是一件美事。

yē sū shuō ：「 yóu tā ba ！ wèi shén me nán wéi tā ne ？ tā zài wǒ shēn shàng zuò de shì yí jiàn měi shì 。

But Jesus said, “Leave her alone. Why do you trouble her? She has done a good work for me.

因為常有窮人和你們同在，要向他們行善隨時都可以；只是你們不常有我。

yīn wèi cháng yǒu qióng rén hé nǐ men tóng zài ， yào xiàng tā men xíng shàn suí shí dōu kě yǐ ； zhǐ shì nǐ men bù cháng yǒu wǒ 。

For you always have the poor with you, and whenever you want to, you can do them good; but you will not always have me.

她所做的，是盡她所能的；她是為我安葬的事把香膏預先澆在我身上。

tā suǒ zuò de ， shì jìn tā suǒ néng de ； tā shì wèi wǒ ān zàng de shì bǎ xiāng gāo yù xiān jiāo zài wǒ shēn shàng 。

She has done what she could. She has anointed my body beforehand for the burying.

我實在告訴你們，普天之下，無論在甚麼地方傳這福音，也要述說這女人所做的，以為記念。」

wǒ shí zài gào sù nǐ men ， pǔ tiān zhī xià ， wú lùn zài shén me dì fāng chuán zhè fú yīn ， yě yào shù shuō zhè nǚ rén suǒ zuò de ， yǐ wéi jì niàn 。」

Most certainly I tell you, wherever this Good News may be preached throughout the whole world, that which this woman has done will also be spoken of for a memorial of her.”

十二門徒之中，有一個加略人猶大去見祭司長，要把耶穌交給他們。

shí èr mén tú zhī zhōng ， yǒu yí gè jiā lüè rén yóu dà qù jiàn jì sī zhǎng ， yào bǎ yē sū jiāo gěi tā men 。

Judas Iscariot, who was one of the twelve, went away to the chief priests, that he might deliver him to them.

他們聽見就歡喜，又應許給他銀子；他就尋思如何得便把耶穌交給他們。

tā men tīng jiàn jiù huān xǐ ， yòu yīng xǔ gěi tā yín zi ； tā jiù xún si rú hé dé biàn bǎ yē sū jiāo gěi tā men 。

They, when they heard it, were glad, and promised to give him money. He sought how he might conveniently deliver him.

除酵節的第一天，就是宰逾越羊羔的那一天，門徒對耶穌說：「你吃逾越節的筵席要我們往哪裏去預備呢？」

chú jiào jié de dì yī tiān ， jiù shì zǎi yú yuè yáng gāo de nà yì tiān ， mén tú duì yē sū shuō ：「 nǐ chī yú yuè jié de yán xí yào wǒ men wǎng nǎ lǐ qù yù bèi ne ？」

On the first day of unleavened bread, when they sacrificed the Passover, his disciples asked him, “Where do you want us to go and prepare that you may eat the Passover?”

耶穌就打發兩個門徒，對他們說：「你們進城去，必有人拿着一瓶水迎面而來，你們就跟着他。

yē sū jiù dǎ fā liǎng gè mén tú ， duì tā men shuō ：「 nǐ men jìn chéng qù ， bì yǒu rén ná zhe yì píng shuǐ yíng miàn ér lái ， nǐ men jiù gēn zhe tā 。

He sent two of his disciples and said to them, “Go into the city, and there a man carrying a pitcher of water will meet you. Follow him,

他進哪家去，你們就對那家的主人說：『夫子說：客房在哪裏？我與門徒好在那裏吃逾越節的筵席。』

tā jìn nǎ jiā qù ， nǐ men jiù duì nà jiā de zhǔ rén shuō ：『 fū zǐ shuō ： kè fáng zài nǎ lǐ ？ wǒ yǔ mén tú hǎo zài nà lǐ chī yú yuè jié de yán xí 。』

and wherever he enters in, tell the master of the house, ‘The Teacher says, “Where is the guest room, where I may eat the Passover with my disciples?”’

他必指給你們擺設整齊的一間大樓，你們就在那裏為我們預備。」

tā bì zhǐ gěi nǐ men bǎi shè zhěng qí de yì jiān dà lóu ， nǐ men jiù zài nà lǐ wèi wǒ men yù bèi 。」

He will himself show you a large upper room furnished and ready. Get ready for us there.”

門徒出去，進了城，所遇見的正如耶穌所說的。他們就預備了逾越節的筵席。

mén tú chū qù ， jìn le chéng ， suǒ yù jiàn de zhèng rú yē sū suǒ shuō de 。 tā men jiù yù bèi le yú yuè jié de yán xí 。

His disciples went out, and came into the city, and found things as he had said to them, and they prepared the Passover.

到了晚上，耶穌和十二個門徒都來了。

dào le wǎn shàng ， yē sū hé shí èr gè mén tú dōu lái le 。

When it was evening he came with the twelve.

他們坐席正吃的時候，耶穌說：「我實在告訴你們，你們中間有一個與我同吃的人要賣我了。」

tā men zuò xí zhèng chī de shí hòu ， yē sū shuō ：「 wǒ shí zài gào sù nǐ men ， nǐ men zhōng jiān yǒu yí gè yǔ wǒ tóng chī de rén yào mài wǒ le 。」

As they sat and were eating, Jesus said, “Most certainly I tell you, one of you will betray me—he who eats with me.”

他們就憂愁起來，一個一個地問他說：「是我嗎？」

tā men jiù yōu chóu qǐ lái ， yí gè yi gè dì wèn tā shuō ：「 shì wǒ ma ？」

They began to be sorrowful, and to ask him one by one, “Surely not I?” And another said, “Surely not I?”

耶穌對他們說：「是十二個門徒中同我蘸手在盤子裏的那個人。

yē sū duì tā men shuō ：「 shì shí èr gè mén tú zhōng tóng wǒ zhàn shǒu zài pán zi lǐ de nà ge rén 。

He answered them, “It is one of the twelve, he who dips with me in the dish.

人子必要去世，正如經上指着他所寫的；但賣人子的人有禍了！那人不生在世上倒好。」

rén zǐ bì yào qù shì ， zhèng rú jīng shàng zhǐ zhe tā suǒ xiě de ； dàn mài rén zǐ de rén yǒu huò le ！ nà rén bù shēng zài shì shàng dǎo hǎo 。」

For the Son of Man goes as it is written about him, but woe to that man by whom the Son of Man is betrayed! It would be better for that man if he had not been born.”

他們吃的時候，耶穌拿起餅來，祝了福，就擘開，遞給他們，說：「你們拿着吃，這是我的身體」；

tā men chī de shí hòu ， yē sū ná qǐ bǐng lái ， zhù le fú ， jiù bò kāi ， dì gěi tā men ， shuō ：「 nǐ men ná zhe chī ， zhè shì wǒ de shēn tǐ 」；

As they were eating, Jesus took bread, and when he had blessed it, he broke it and gave to them, and said, “Take, eat. This is my body.”

又拿起杯來，祝謝了，遞給他們；他們都喝了。

yòu ná qǐ bēi lái ， zhù xiè le ， dì gěi tā men ； tā men dōu hē le 。

He took the cup, and when he had given thanks, he gave to them. They all drank of it.

耶穌說：「這是我立約的血，為多人流出來的。

yē sū shuō ：「 zhè shì wǒ lì yuē de xuè ， wèi duō rén liú chū lái de 。

He said to them, “This is my blood of the new covenant, which is poured out for many.

我實在告訴你們，我不再喝這葡萄汁，直到我在上帝的國裏喝新的那日子。」

wǒ shí zài gào sù nǐ men ， wǒ bú zài hē zhè pú táo zhī ， zhí dào wǒ zài shén de guó lǐ hē xīn de nà rì zi 。」

Most certainly I tell you, I will no more drink of the fruit of the vine until that day when I drink it anew in God’s Kingdom.”

他們唱了詩，就出來，往橄欖山去。

tā men chàng le shī ， jiù chū lái ， wǎng gǎn lǎn shān qù 。

When they had sung a hymn, they went out to the Mount of Olives.

耶穌對他們說：「你們都要跌倒了，因為經上記着說： 我要擊打牧人， 羊就分散了。

yē sū duì tā men shuō ：「 nǐ men dōu yào diē dǎo le ， yīn wèi jīng shàng jì zhe shuō ： wǒ yào jī dǎ mù rén ， yáng jiù fēn sàn le 。

Jesus said to them, “All of you will be made to stumble because of me tonight, for it is written, ‘I will strike the shepherd, and the sheep will be scattered.’

但我復活以後，要在你們以先往加利利去。」

dàn wǒ fù huó yǐ hòu ， yào zài nǐ men yǐ xiān wǎng jiā lì lì qù 。」

However, after I am raised up, I will go before you into Galilee.”

彼得說：「眾人雖然跌倒，我總不能。」

bǐ dé shuō ：「 zhòng rén suī rán diē dǎo ， wǒ zǒng bù néng 。」

But Peter said to him, “Although all will be offended, yet I will not.”

耶穌對他說：「我實在告訴你，就在今天夜裏，雞叫兩遍以先，你要三次不認我。」

yē sū duì tā shuō ：「 wǒ shí zài gào sù nǐ ， jiù zài jīn tiān yè lǐ ， jī jiào liǎng biàn yǐ xiān ， nǐ yào sān cì bú rèn wǒ 。」

Jesus said to him, “Most certainly I tell you that you today, even this night, before the rooster crows twice, you will deny me three times.”

彼得卻極力地說：「我就是必須和你同死，也總不能不認你。」眾門徒都是這樣說。

bǐ dé què jí lì dì shuō ：「 wǒ jiù shì bì xū hé nǐ tóng sǐ ， yě zǒng bù néng bú rèn nǐ 。」 zhòng mén tú dōu shì zhè yàng shuō 。

But he spoke all the more, “If I must die with you, I will not deny you.” They all said the same thing.

他們來到一個地方，名叫客西馬尼。耶穌對門徒說：「你們坐在這裏，等我禱告。」

tā men lái dào yí gè dì fāng ， míng jiào kè xī mǎ ní 。 yē sū duì mén tú shuō ：「 nǐ men zuò zài zhè lǐ ， děng wǒ dǎo gào 。」

They came to a place which was named Gethsemane. He said to his disciples, “Sit here while I pray.”

於是帶着彼得、雅各、約翰同去，就驚恐起來，極其難過，

yú shì dài zhe bǐ dé 、 yǎ gè 、 yuē hàn tóng qù ， jiù jīng kǒng qǐ lái ， jí qí nán guò ，

He took with him Peter, James, and John, and began to be greatly troubled and distressed.

對他們說：「我心裏甚是憂傷，幾乎要死；你們在這裏等候，警醒。」

duì tā men shuō ：「 wǒ xīn lǐ shèn shì yōu shāng ， jī hū yào sǐ ； nǐ men zài zhè lǐ děng hòu ， jǐng xǐng 。」

He said to them, “My soul is exceedingly sorrowful, even to death. Stay here and watch.”

他就稍往前走，俯伏在地，禱告說：「倘若可行，便叫那時候過去。」

tā jiù shāo wǎng qián zǒu ， fǔ fú zài dì ， dǎo gào shuō ：「 tǎng ruò kě xíng ， biàn jiào nà shí hòu guò qù 。」

He went forward a little, and fell on the ground, and prayed that if it were possible, the hour might pass away from him.

他說：「阿爸！父啊！在你凡事都能；求你將這杯撤去。然而，不要從我的意思，只要從你的意思。」

tā shuō ：「 ā bà ！ fù a ！ zài nǐ fán shì dōu néng ； qiú nǐ jiāng zhè bēi chè qù 。 rán ér ， bú yào cóng wǒ de yì sī ， zhǐ yào cóng nǐ de yì sī 。」

He said, “Abba, Father, all things are possible to you. Please remove this cup from me. However, not what I desire, but what you desire.”

耶穌回來，見他們睡着了，就對彼得說：「西門，你睡覺嗎？不能警醒片時嗎？

yē sū huí lái ， jiàn tā men shuì zhe le ， jiù duì bǐ dé shuō ：「 xī mén ， nǐ shuì jiào ma ？ bù néng jǐng xǐng piàn shí ma ？

He came and found them sleeping, and said to Peter, “Simon, are you sleeping? Couldn’t you watch one hour?

總要警醒禱告，免得入了迷惑。你們心靈固然願意，肉體卻軟弱了。」

zǒng yào jǐng xǐng dǎo gào ， miǎn de rù le mí huò 。 nǐ men xīn líng gù rán yuàn yì ， ròu tǐ què ruǎn ruò le 。」

Watch and pray, that you may not enter into temptation. The spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.”

耶穌又去禱告，說的話還是與先前一樣，

yē sū yòu qù dǎo gào ， shuō de huà hái shì yǔ xiān qián yí yàng ，

Again he went away and prayed, saying the same words.

又來見他們睡着了，因為他們的眼睛甚是困倦；他們也不知道怎麼回答。

yòu lái jiàn tā men shuì zháo le ， yīn wèi tā men de yǎn jīng shèn shì kùn juàn ； tā men yě bù zhī dào zěn me huí dá 。

Again he returned and found them sleeping, for their eyes were very heavy; and they didn’t know what to answer him.

第三次來，對他們說：「現在你們仍然睡覺安歇吧 ！夠了，時候到了。看哪，人子被賣在罪人手裏了。

dì sān cì lái ， duì tā men shuō ：「 xiàn zài nǐ men réng rán shuì jiào ān xiē ba ！ gòu le ， shí hòu dào le 。 kàn nǎ ， rén zǐ bèi mài zài zuì rén shǒu lǐ le 。

He came the third time and said to them, “Sleep on now, and take your rest. It is enough. The hour has come. Behold, the Son of Man is betrayed into the hands of sinners.

起來！我們走吧。看哪，那賣我的人近了！ 」

qǐ lái ！ wǒ men zǒu ba 。 kàn nǎ ， nà mài wǒ de rén jìn le ！」

Arise! Let’s get going. Behold, he who betrays me is at hand.”

說話之間，忽然那十二個門徒裏的猶大來了，並有許多人帶着刀棒，從祭司長和文士並長老那裏與他同來。

shuō huà zhī jiān ， hū rán nà shí èr gè mén tú lǐ de yóu dà lái le ， bìng yǒu xǔ duō rén dài zhe dāo bàng ， cóng jì sī zhǎng hé wén shì bìng zhǎng lǎo nà lǐ yǔ tā tóng lái 。

Immediately, while he was still speaking, Judas, one of the twelve, came—and with him a multitude with swords and clubs, from the chief priests, the scribes, and the elders.

賣耶穌的人曾給他們一個暗號，說：「我與誰親嘴，誰就是他。你們把他拿住，牢牢靠靠地帶去。」

mài yē sū de rén céng gěi tā men yí gè àn hào ， shuō ：「 wǒ yǔ shuí qīn zuǐ ， shuí jiù shì tā 。 nǐ men bǎ tā ná zhù ， láo láo kào kào dì dài qù 。」

Now he who betrayed him had given them a sign, saying, “Whomever I will kiss, that is he. Seize him, and lead him away safely.”

猶大來了，隨即到耶穌跟前，說：「拉比」，便與他親嘴。

yóu dà lái le ， suí jí dào yē sū gēn qián ， shuō ：「 lā bǐ 」， biàn yǔ tā qīn zuǐ 。

When he had come, immediately he came to him and said, “Rabbi! Rabbi!” and kissed him.

他們就下手拿住他。

tā men jiù xià shǒu ná zhù tā 。

They laid their hands on him and seized him.

旁邊站着的人，有一個拔出刀來，將大祭司的僕人砍了一刀，削掉了他一個耳朵。

páng biān zhàn zhe de rén ， yǒu yí gè bá chū dāo lái ， jiāng dà jì sī de pú rén kǎn le yì dāo ， xiāo diào le tā yí gè ěr duo 。

But a certain one of those who stood by drew his sword and struck the servant of the high priest, and cut off his ear.

耶穌對他們說：「你們帶着刀棒出來拿我，如同拿強盜嗎？

yē sū duì tā men shuō ：「 nǐ men dài zhe dāo bàng chū lái ná wǒ ， rú tóng ná qiáng dào ma ？

Jesus answered them, “Have you come out, as against a robber, with swords and clubs to seize me?

我天天教訓人，同你們在殿裏，你們並沒有拿我。但這事成就，為要應驗經上的話。」

wǒ tiān tiān jiào xùn rén ， tóng nǐ men zài diàn lǐ ， nǐ men bìng méi yǒu ná wǒ 。 dàn zhè shì chéng jiù ， wèi yào yìng yàn jīng shàng de huà 。」

I was daily with you in the temple teaching, and you didn’t arrest me. But this is so that the Scriptures might be fulfilled.”

門徒都離開他，逃走了。

mén tú dōu lí kāi tā ， táo zǒu le 。

They all left him, and fled.

有一個少年人，赤身披着一塊麻布，跟隨耶穌，眾人就捉拿他。

yǒu yí gè shǎo nián rén ， chì shēn pī zhe yí kuài má bù ， gēn suí yē sū ， zhòng rén jiù zhuō ná tā 。

A certain young man followed him, having a linen cloth thrown around himself over his naked body. The young men grabbed him,

他卻丟了麻布，赤身逃走了。

tā què diū le má bù ， chì shēn táo zǒu le 。

but he left the linen cloth and fled from them naked.

他們把耶穌帶到大祭司那裏，又有眾祭司長和長老並文士都來和大祭司一同聚集。

tā men bǎ yē sū dài dào dà jì sī nà lǐ ， yòu yǒu zhòng jì sī zhǎng hé zhǎng lǎo bìng wén shì dōu lái hé dà jì sī yì tóng jù jí 。

They led Jesus away to the high priest. All the chief priests, the elders, and the scribes came together with him.

彼得遠遠地跟着耶穌，一直進入大祭司的院裏，和差役一同坐在火光裏烤火。

bǐ dé yuǎn yuǎn dì gēn zhe yē sū ， yì zhí jìn rù dà jì sī de yuàn lǐ ， hé chāi yì yì tóng zuò zài huǒ guāng lǐ kǎo huǒ 。

Peter had followed him from a distance, until he came into the court of the high priest. He was sitting with the officers, and warming himself in the light of the fire.

祭司長和全公會尋找見證控告耶穌，要治死他，卻尋不着。

jì sī cháng hé quán gōng huì xún zhǎo jiàn zhèng kòng gào yē sū ， yào zhì sǐ tā ， què xún bù zhe 。

Now the chief priests and the whole council sought witnesses against Jesus to put him to death, and found none.

因為有好些人作假見證告他，只是他們的見證各不相合。

yīn wèi yǒu hǎo xiē rén zuò jiǎ jiàn zhèng gào tā ， zhǐ shì tā men de jiàn zhèng gè bù xiāng hé 。

For many gave false testimony against him, and their testimony didn’t agree with each other.

又有幾個人站起來作假見證告他，說：

yòu yǒu jǐ gè rén zhàn qǐ lái zuò jiǎ jiàn zhèng gào tā ， shuō ：

Some stood up and gave false testimony against him, saying,

「我們聽見他說：『我要拆毀這人手所造的殿，三日內就另造一座不是人手所造的。』」

「 wǒ men tīng jiàn tā shuō ：『 wǒ yào chāi huǐ zhè rén shǒu suǒ zào de diàn ， sān rì nèi jiù lìng zào yí zuò bú shì rén shǒu suǒ zào de 。』」

“We heard him say, ‘I will destroy this temple that is made with hands, and in three days I will build another made without hands.’”

他們就是這麼作見證，也是各不相合。

tā men jiù shì zhè me zuò jiàn zhèng ， yě shì gè bù xiāng hé 。

Even so, their testimony didn’t agree.

大祭司起來站在中間，問耶穌說：「你甚麼都不回答嗎？這些人作見證告你的是甚麼呢？」

dà jì sī qǐ lái zhàn zài zhōng jiān ， wèn yē sū shuō ：「 nǐ shén me dōu bù huí dá ma ？ zhè xiē rén zuò jiàn zhèng gào nǐ de shì shén me ne ？」

The high priest stood up in the middle, and asked Jesus, “Have you no answer? What is it which these testify against you?”

耶穌卻不言語，一句也不回答。大祭司又問他說：「你是那當稱頌者的兒子基督不是？」

yē sū què bù yán yǔ ， yí jù yě bù huí dá 。 dà jì sī yòu wèn tā shuō ：「 nǐ shì nà dāng chēng sòng zhě de ér zi jī dū bú shì ？」

But he stayed quiet, and answered nothing. Again the high priest asked him, “Are you the Christ, the Son of the Blessed?”

耶穌說：「我是。你們必看見人子坐在那權能者的右邊，駕着天上的雲降臨。」

yē sū shuō ：「 wǒ shì 。 nǐ men bì kàn jiàn rén zǐ zuò zài nà quán néng zhě de yòu biān ， jià zhe tiān shàng de yún jiàng lín 。」

Jesus said, “I am. You will see the Son of Man sitting at the right hand of Power, and coming with the clouds of the sky.”

大祭司就撕開衣服，說：「我們何必再用見證人呢？

dà jì sī jiù sī kāi yī fu ， shuō ：「 wǒ men hé bì zài yòng jiàn zhèng rén ne ？

The high priest tore his clothes and said, “What further need have we of witnesses?

你們已經聽見他這僭妄的話了。你們的意見如何？」他們都定他該死的罪。

nǐ men yǐ jīng tīng jiàn tā zhè jiàn wàng de huà le 。 nǐ men de yì jiàn rú hé ？」 tā men dōu dìng tā gāi sǐ de zuì 。

You have heard the blasphemy! What do you think?” They all condemned him to be worthy of death.

就有人吐唾沫在他臉上，又蒙着他的臉，用拳頭打他，對他說：「你說預言吧！」差役接過他來，用手掌打他。

jiù yǒu rén tǔ tuò mò zài tā liǎn shàng ， yòu méng zhe tā de liǎn ， yòng quán tou dǎ tā ， duì tā shuō ：「 nǐ shuō yù yán ba ！」 chāi yì jiē guò tā lái ， yòng shǒu zhǎng dǎ tā 。

Some began to spit on him, and to cover his face, and to beat him with fists, and to tell him, “Prophesy!” The officers struck him with the palms of their hands.

彼得在下邊院子裏；來了大祭司的一個使女，

bǐ dé zài xià biān yuàn zi lǐ ； lái le dà jì sī de yí gè shǐ nǚ ，

As Peter was in the courtyard below, one of the maids of the high priest came,

見彼得烤火，就看着他，說：「你素來也是同拿撒勒人耶穌一夥的。」

jiàn bǐ dé kǎo huǒ ， jiù kàn zhe tā ， shuō ：「 nǐ sù lái yě shì tóng ná sā lè rén yē sū yì huǒ de 。」

and seeing Peter warming himself, she looked at him and said, “You were also with the Nazarene, Jesus!”

彼得卻不承認，說：「我不知道，也不明白你說的是甚麼。」於是出來，到了前院， 雞就叫了。

bǐ dé què bù chéng rèn ， shuō ：「 wǒ bù zhī dào ， yě bù míng bái nǐ shuō de shì shén me 。」 yú shì chū lái ， dào le qián yuàn ， jī jiù jiào le 。

But he denied it, saying, “I neither know nor understand what you are saying.” He went out on the porch, and the rooster crowed.

那使女看見他，又對旁邊站着的人說：「這也是他們一黨的。」

nà shǐ nǚ kàn jiàn tā ， yòu duì páng biān zhàn zhe de rén shuō ：「 zhè yě shì tā men yì dǎng de 。」

The maid saw him and began again to tell those who stood by, “This is one of them.”

彼得又不承認。過了不多的時候，旁邊站着的人又對彼得說：「你真是他們一黨的！因為你是加利利人。」

bǐ dé yòu bù chéng rèn 。 guò le bù duō de shí hòu ， páng biān zhàn zhe de rén yòu duì bǐ dé shuō ：「 nǐ zhēn shì tā men yì dǎng de ！ yīn wèi nǐ shì jiā lì lì rén 。」

But he again denied it. After a little while again those who stood by said to Peter, “You truly are one of them, for you are a Galilean, and your speech shows it.”

彼得就發咒起誓地說：「我不認得你們說的這個人。」

bǐ dé jiù fā zhòu qǐ shì dì shuō ：「 wǒ bú rèn de nǐ men shuō de zhè ge rén 。」

But he began to curse and to swear, “I don’t know this man of whom you speak!”

立時雞叫了第二遍。彼得想起耶穌對他所說的話：「雞叫兩遍以先，你要三次不認我。」思想起來，就哭了。

lì shí jī jiào le dì èr biàn 。 bǐ dé xiǎng qǐ yē sū duì tā suǒ shuō de huà ：「 jī jiào liǎng biàn yǐ xiān ， nǐ yào sān cì bú rèn wǒ 。」 sī xiǎng qǐ lái ， jiù kū le 。

The rooster crowed the second time. Peter remembered the words that Jesus said to him, “Before the rooster crows twice, you will deny me three times.” When he thought about that, he wept.
