馬太福音 15

那時，有法利賽人和文士從耶路撒冷來見耶穌，說：

nà shí ， yǒu fǎ lì sài rén hé wén shì cóng yē lù sā lěng lái jiàn yē sū ， shuō ：

Then Pharisees and scribes came to Jesus from Jerusalem, saying,

「你的門徒為甚麼犯古人的遺傳呢？因為吃飯的時候，他們不洗手。」

「 nǐ de mén tú wèi shén me fàn gǔ rén de yí chuán ne ？ yīn wèi chī fàn de shí hòu ， tā men bù xǐ shǒu 。」

“Why do your disciples disobey the tradition of the elders? For they don’t wash their hands when they eat bread.”

耶穌回答說：「你們為甚麼因着你們的遺傳犯上帝的誡命呢？

yē sū huí dá shuō ：「 nǐ men wèi shén me yīn zhe nǐ men de yí chuán fàn shén de jiè mìng ne ？

He answered them, “Why do you also disobey the commandment of God because of your tradition?

上帝說：『當孝敬父母』；又說：『咒罵父母的，必治死他。』

shén shuō ：『 dāng xiào jìng fù mǔ 』； yòu shuō ：『 zhòu mà fù mǔ de ， bì zhì sǐ tā 。』

For God commanded, ‘Honor your father and your mother,’ and, ‘He who speaks evil of father or mother, let him be put to death.’

你們倒說：『無論何人對父母說：我所當奉給你的已經作了供獻，

nǐ men dǎo shuō ：『 wú lùn hé rén duì fù mǔ shuō ： wǒ suǒ dāng fèng gěi nǐ de yǐ jīng zuò le gòng xiàn ，

But you say, ‘Whoever may tell his father or his mother, “Whatever help you might otherwise have gotten from me is a gift devoted to God,”

他就可以不孝敬父母。』這就是你們藉着遺傳，廢了上帝的誡命。

tā jiù kě yǐ bú xiào jìng fù mǔ 。』 zhè jiù shì nǐ men jiè zhe yí chuán ， fèi le shén de jiè mìng 。

he shall not honor his father or mother.’ You have made the commandment of God void because of your tradition.

假冒為善的人哪，以賽亞指着你們說的預言是不錯的。他說：

jiǎ mào wèi shàn de rén nǎ ， yǐ sài yà zhǐ zhe nǐ men shuō de yù yán shì bú cuò de 。 tā shuō ：

You hypocrites! Well did Isaiah prophesy of you, saying,

這百姓用嘴唇尊敬我， 心卻遠離我；

zhè bǎi xìng yòng zuǐ chún zūn jìng wǒ ， xīn què yuǎn lí wǒ ；

‘These people draw near to me with their mouth, and honor me with their lips; but their heart is far from me.

他們將人的吩咐當作道理教導人， 所以拜我也是枉然。」

tā men jiāng rén de fēn fù dàng zuò dào lǐ jiào dǎo rén ， suǒ yǐ bài wǒ yě shì wǎng rán 。」

And they worship me in vain, teaching as doctrine rules made by men.’”

耶穌就叫了眾人來，對他們說：「你們要聽，也要明白。

yē sū jiù jiào le zhòng rén lái ， duì tā men shuō ：「 nǐ men yào tīng ， yě yào míng bái 。

He summoned the multitude, and said to them, “Hear, and understand.

入口的不能污穢人，出口的乃能污穢人。」

rù kǒu de bù néng wū huì rén ， chū kǒu de nǎi néng wū huì rén 。」

That which enters into the mouth doesn’t defile the man; but that which proceeds out of the mouth, this defiles the man.”

當時，門徒進前來對他說：「法利賽人聽見這話，不服 ，你知道嗎？」

dāng shí ， mén tú jìn qián lái duì tā shuō ：「 fǎ lì sài rén tīng jiàn zhè huà ， bù fú ， nǐ zhī dào ma ？」

Then the disciples came and said to him, “Do you know that the Pharisees were offended when they heard this saying?”

耶穌回答說：「凡栽種的物，若不是我天父栽種的，必要拔出來。

yē sū huí dá shuō ：「 fán zāi zhòng de wù ， ruò bú shì wǒ tiān fù zāi zhòng de ， bì yào bá chū lái 。

But he answered, “Every plant which my heavenly Father didn’t plant will be uprooted.

任憑他們吧！他們是瞎眼領路的；若是瞎子領瞎子，兩個人都要掉在坑裏。」

rèn píng tā men ba ！ tā men shì xiā yǎn lǐng lù de ； ruò shì xiā zǐ lǐng xiā zǐ ， liǎng gè rén dōu yào diào zài kēng lǐ 。」

Leave them alone. They are blind guides of the blind. If the blind guide the blind, both will fall into a pit.”

彼得對耶穌說：「請將這比喻講給我們聽。」

bǐ dé duì yē sū shuō ：「 qǐng jiāng zhè bǐ yù jiǎng gěi wǒ men tīng 。」

Peter answered him, “Explain the parable to us.”

耶穌說：「你們到如今還不明白嗎？

yē sū shuō ：「 nǐ men dào rú jīn hái bù míng bái ma ？

So Jesus said, “Do you also still not understand?

豈不知凡入口的，是運到肚子裏，又落在茅廁裏嗎？

qǐ bù zhī fán rù kǒu de ， shì yùn dào dù zǐ lǐ ， yòu luò zài máo cè lǐ ma ？

Don’t you understand that whatever goes into the mouth passes into the belly and then out of the body?

惟獨出口的，是從心裏發出來的，這才污穢人。

wéi dú chū kǒu de ， shì cóng xīn lǐ fā chū lái de ， zhè cái wū huì rén 。

But the things which proceed out of the mouth come out of the heart, and they defile the man.

因為從心裏發出來的，有惡念、凶殺、姦淫、苟合、偷盜、妄證、謗讟。

yīn wèi cóng xīn lǐ fā chū lái de ， yǒu è niàn 、 xiōng shā 、 jiān yín 、 gǒu hé 、 tōu dào 、 wàng zhèng 、 bàng 。

For out of the heart come evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, sexual sins, thefts, false testimony, and blasphemies.

這都是污穢人的；至於不洗手吃飯，那卻不污穢人。」

zhè dōu shì wū huì rén de ； zhì yú bù xǐ shǒu chī fàn ， nà què bù wū huì rén 。」

These are the things which defile the man; but to eat with unwashed hands doesn’t defile the man.”

耶穌離開那裏，退到泰爾、西頓的境內去。

yē sū lí kāi nà lǐ ， tuì dào tài ěr 、 xī dùn de jìng nèi qù 。

Jesus went out from there and withdrew into the region of Tyre and Sidon.

有一個迦南婦人，從那地方出來，喊着說：「主啊，大衛的子孫，可憐我！我女兒被鬼附得甚苦。」

yǒu yí gè jiā nán fù rén ， cóng nà dì fāng chū lái ， hǎn zhe shuō ：「 zhǔ a ， dà wèi de zǐ sūn ， kě lián wǒ ！ wǒ nǚ ér bèi guǐ fù dé shèn kǔ 。」

Behold, a Canaanite woman came out from those borders and cried, saying, “Have mercy on me, Lord, you son of David! My daughter is severely possessed by a demon!”

耶穌卻一言不答。門徒進前來，求他說：「這婦人在我們後頭喊叫，請打發她走吧。」

yē sū què yì yán bù dá 。 mén tú jìn qián lái ， qiú tā shuō ：「 zhè fù rén zài wǒ men hòu tou hǎn jiào ， qǐng dǎ fā tā zǒu ba 。」

But he answered her not a word. His disciples came and begged him, saying, “Send her away; for she cries after us.”

耶穌說：「我奉差遣不過是到以色列家迷失的羊那裏去。」

yē sū shuō ：「 wǒ fèng chāi qiǎn bú guò shì dào yǐ sè liè jiā mí shī de yáng nà lǐ qù 。」

But he answered, “I wasn’t sent to anyone but the lost sheep of the house of Israel.”

那婦人來拜他，說：「主啊，幫助我！」

nà fù rén lái bài tā ， shuō ：「 zhǔ a ， bāng zhù wǒ ！」

But she came and worshiped him, saying, “Lord, help me.”

他回答說：「不好拿兒女的餅丟給狗吃。」

tā huí dá shuō ：「 bù hǎo ná ér nǚ de bǐng diū gěi gǒu chī 。」

But he answered, “It is not appropriate to take the children’s bread and throw it to the dogs.”

婦人說：「主啊，不錯；但是狗也吃牠主人桌子上掉下來的碎渣兒。」

fù rén shuō ：「 zhǔ a ， bú cuò ； dàn shì gǒu yě chī tā zhǔ rén zhuō zi shàng diào xià lái de suì zhā ér 。」

But she said, “Yes, Lord, but even the dogs eat the crumbs which fall from their masters’ table.”

耶穌說：「婦人，你的信心是大的！照你所要的，給你成全了吧。」從那時候，她女兒就好了。

yē sū shuō ：「 fù rén ， nǐ de xìn xīn shì dà de ！ zhào nǐ suǒ yào de ， gěi nǐ chéng quán le ba 。」 cóng nà shí hòu ， tā nǚ ér jiù hǎo le 。

Then Jesus answered her, “Woman, great is your faith! Be it done to you even as you desire.” And her daughter was healed from that hour.

耶穌離開那地方，來到靠近加利利的海邊，就上山坐下。

yē sū lí kāi nà dì fāng ， lái dào kào jìn jiā lì lì de hǎi biān ， jiù shàng shān zuò xià 。

Jesus departed from there and came near to the sea of Galilee; and he went up on the mountain and sat there.

有許多人到他那裏，帶着瘸子、瞎子、啞巴、有殘疾的，和好些別的病人，都放在他腳前；他就治好了他們。

yǒu xǔ duō rén dào tā nà lǐ ， dài zhe qué zǐ 、 xiā zǐ 、 yǎ ba 、 yǒu cán jí de ， hé hǎo xiē bié de bìng rén ， dōu fàng zài tā jiǎo qián ； tā jiù zhì hǎo le tā men 。

Great multitudes came to him, having with them the lame, blind, mute, maimed, and many others, and they put them down at his feet. He healed them,

甚至眾人都希奇；因為看見啞巴說話，殘疾的痊癒，瘸子行走，瞎子看見，他們就歸榮耀給以色列的上帝。

shèn zhì zhòng rén dōu xī qí ； yīn wèi kàn jiàn yǎ ba shuō huà ， cán jí de quán yù ， qué zǐ xíng zǒu ， xiā zǐ kàn jiàn ， tā men jiù guī róng yào gěi yǐ sè liè de shén 。

so that the multitude wondered when they saw the mute speaking, the injured healed, the lame walking, and the blind seeing—and they glorified the God of Israel.

耶穌叫門徒來，說：「我憐憫這眾人；因為他們同我在這裏已經三天，也沒有吃的了。我不願意叫他們餓着回去，恐怕在路上困乏。」

yē sū jiào mén tú lái ， shuō ：「 wǒ lián mǐn zhè zhòng rén ； yīn wèi tā men tóng wǒ zài zhè lǐ yǐ jīng sān tiān ， yě méi yǒu chī de le 。 wǒ bú yuàn yì jiào tā men è zhe huí qù ， kǒng pà zài lù shang kùn fá 。」

Jesus summoned his disciples and said, “I have compassion on the multitude, because they have continued with me now three days and have nothing to eat. I don’t want to send them away fasting, or they might faint on the way.”

門徒說：「我們在這野地，哪裏有這麼多的餅叫這許多人吃飽呢？」

mén tú shuō ：「 wǒ men zài zhè yě dì ， nǎ lǐ yǒu zhè me duō de bǐng jiào zhè xǔ duō rén chī bǎo ne ？」

The disciples said to him, “Where could we get so many loaves in a deserted place as to satisfy so great a multitude?”

耶穌說：「你們有多少餅？」他們說：「有七個，還有幾條小魚。」

yē sū shuō ：「 nǐ men yǒu duō shǎo bǐng ？」 tā men shuō ：「 yǒu qī gè ， hái yǒu jǐ tiáo xiǎo yú 。」

Jesus said to them, “How many loaves do you have?” They said, “Seven, and a few small fish.”

他就吩咐眾人坐在地上，

tā jiù fēn fù zhòng rén zuò zài dì shàng ，

He commanded the multitude to sit down on the ground;

拿着這七個餅和幾條魚，祝謝了，擘開，遞給門徒；門徒又遞給眾人。

ná zhe zhè qī gè bǐng hé jǐ tiáo yú ， zhù xiè le ， bò kāi ， dì gěi mén tú ； mén tú yòu dì gěi zhòng rén 。

and he took the seven loaves and the fish. He gave thanks and broke them, and gave to the disciples, and the disciples to the multitudes.

眾人都吃，並且吃飽了，收拾剩下的零碎，裝滿了七個筐子。

zhòng rén dōu chī ， bìng qiě chī bǎo le ， shōu shí shèng xià de líng suì ， zhuāng mǎn le qī gè kuāng zǐ 。

They all ate and were filled. They took up seven baskets full of the broken pieces that were left over.

吃的人，除了婦女孩子，共有四千。

chī de rén ， chú le fù nǚ hái zi ， gòng yǒu sì qiān 。

Those who ate were four thousand men, in addition to women and children.

耶穌叫眾人散去，就上船，來到馬加丹的境界。

yē sū jiào zhòng rén sàn qù ， jiù shàng chuán ， lái dào mǎ jiā dān de jìng jiè 。

Then he sent away the multitudes, got into the boat, and came into the borders of Magdala.
