馬太福音 16

法利賽人和撒都該人來試探耶穌，請他從天上顯個神蹟給他們看。

fǎ lì sài rén hé sā dōu gāi rén lái shì tàn yē sū ， qǐng tā cóng tiān shàng xiǎn gè shén jì gěi tā men kàn 。

The Pharisees and Sadducees came, and testing him, asked him to show them a sign from heaven.

耶穌回答說：「晚上天發紅，你們就說：『天必要晴。』

yē sū huí dá shuō ：「 wǎn shàng tiān fā hóng ， nǐ men jiù shuō ：『 tiān bì yào qíng 。』

But he answered them, “When it is evening, you say, ‘It will be fair weather, for the sky is red.’

早晨天發紅，又發黑，你們就說：『今日必有風雨。』你們知道分辨天上的氣色，倒不能分辨這時候的神蹟。

zǎo chén tiān fā hóng ， yòu fā hēi ， nǐ men jiù shuō ：『 jīn rì bì yǒu fēng yǔ 。』 nǐ men zhī dào fēn biàn tiān shàng de qì sè ， dǎo bù néng fēn biàn zhè shí hòu de shén jì 。

In the morning, ‘It will be foul weather today, for the sky is red and threatening.’ Hypocrites! You know how to discern the appearance of the sky, but you can’t discern the signs of the times!

一個邪惡淫亂的世代求神蹟，除了約拿的神蹟以外，再沒有神蹟給他看。」耶穌就離開他們去了。

yí gè xié è yín luàn de shì dài qiú shén jì ， chú le yuē ná de shén jì yǐ wài ， zài méi yǒu shén jì gěi tā kàn 。」 yē sū jiù lí kāi tā men qù le 。

An evil and adulterous generation seeks after a sign, and there will be no sign given to it, except the sign of the prophet Jonah.” He left them and departed.

門徒渡到那邊去，忘了帶餅。

mén tú dù dào nà biān qù ， wàng le dài bǐng 。

The disciples came to the other side and had forgotten to take bread.

耶穌對他們說：「你們要謹慎，防備法利賽人和撒都該人的酵。」

yē sū duì tā men shuō ：「 nǐ men yào jǐn shèn ， fáng bèi fǎ lì sài rén hé sā dōu gāi rén de jiào 。」

Jesus said to them, “Take heed and beware of the yeast of the Pharisees and Sadducees.”

門徒彼此議論說：「這是因為我們沒有帶餅吧。」

mén tú bǐ cǐ yì lùn shuō ：「 zhè shì yīn wèi wǒ men méi yǒu dài bǐng ba 。」

They reasoned among themselves, saying, “We brought no bread.”

耶穌看出來，就說：「你們這小信的人，為甚麼因為沒有餅彼此議論呢？

yē sū kàn chū lái ， jiù shuō ：「 nǐ men zhè xiǎo xìn de rén ， wèi shén me yīn wèi méi yǒu bǐng bǐ cǐ yì lùn ne ？

Jesus, perceiving it, said, “Why do you reason among yourselves, you of little faith, because you have brought no bread?

你們還不明白嗎？不記得那五個餅分給五千人、又收拾了多少籃子的零碎嗎？

nǐ men hái bù míng bái ma ？ bú jì de nà wǔ gè bǐng fēn gěi wǔ qiān rén 、 yòu shōu shí le duō shǎo lán zi de líng suì ma ？

Don’t you yet perceive or remember the five loaves for the five thousand, and how many baskets you took up,

也不記得那七個餅分給四千人、又收拾了多少筐子的零碎嗎？

yě bú jì dé nà qī gè bǐng fēn gěi sì qiān rén 、 yòu shōu shí le duō shǎo kuāng zǐ de líng suì ma ？

or the seven loaves for the four thousand, and how many baskets you took up?

我對你們說：『要防備法利賽人和撒都該人的酵』，這話不是指着餅說的，你們怎麼不明白呢？」

wǒ duì nǐ men shuō ：『 yào fáng bèi fǎ lì sài rén hé sā dōu gāi rén de jiào 』， zhè huà bú shì zhǐ zhe bǐng shuō de ， nǐ men zěn me bù míng bái ne ？」

How is it that you don’t perceive that I didn’t speak to you concerning bread? But beware of the yeast of the Pharisees and Sadducees.”

門徒這才曉得他說的不是叫他們防備餅的酵，乃是防備法利賽人和撒都該人的教訓。

mén tú zhè cái xiǎo de tā shuō de bú shì jiào tā men fáng bèi bǐng de jiào ， nǎi shì fáng bèi fǎ lì sài rén hé sā dōu gāi rén de jiào xùn 。

Then they understood that he didn’t tell them to beware of the yeast of bread, but of the teaching of the Pharisees and Sadducees.

耶穌到了凱撒利亞‧腓立比的境內，就問門徒說：「人說我－ －人子是誰？」

yē sū dào le kǎi sā lì yà · féi lì bǐ de jìng nèi ， jiù wèn mén tú shuō ：「 rén shuō wǒ — rén zǐ shì shuí ？」

Now when Jesus came into the parts of Caesarea Philippi, he asked his disciples, saying, “Who do men say that I, the Son of Man, am?”

他們說：「有人說是施洗的約翰；有人說是以利亞；又有人說是耶利米或是先知裏的一位。」

tā men shuō ：「 yǒu rén shuō shì shī xǐ de yuē hàn ； yǒu rén shuō shì yǐ lì yà ； yòu yǒu rén shuō shì yē lì mǐ huò shì xiān zhī lǐ de yí wèi 。」

They said, “Some say John the Baptizer, some, Elijah, and others, Jeremiah or one of the prophets.”

耶穌說：「你們說我是誰？」

yē sū shuō ：「 nǐ men shuō wǒ shì shuí ？」

He said to them, “But who do you say that I am?”

西門‧彼得回答說：「你是基督，是永生上帝的兒子。」

xī mén · bǐ dé huí dá shuō ：「 nǐ shì jī dū ， shì yǒng shēng shén de ér zi 。」

Simon Peter answered, “You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.”

耶穌對他說：「西門‧巴‧約拿，你是有福的！因為這不是屬血肉的指示你的，乃是我在天上的父指示的。

yē sū duì tā shuō ：「 xī mén · bā · yuē ná ， nǐ shì yǒu fú de ！ yīn wèi zhè bú shì shǔ xuè ròu de zhǐ shì nǐ de ， nǎi shì wǒ zài tiān shàng de fù zhǐ shì de 。

Jesus answered him, “Blessed are you, Simon Bar Jonah, for flesh and blood has not revealed this to you, but my Father who is in heaven.

我還告訴你，你是彼得，我要把我的教會建造在這磐石上；陰間的權柄 不能勝過他。

wǒ hái gào sù nǐ ， nǐ shì bǐ dé ， wǒ yào bǎ wǒ de jiào huì jiàn zào zài zhè pán shí shàng ； yīn jiān de quán bǐng bù néng shèng guò tā 。

I also tell you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my assembly, and the gates of Hades will not prevail against it.

我要把天國的鑰匙給你，凡你在地上所捆綁的，在天上也要捆綁；凡你在地上所釋放的，在天上也要釋放。」

wǒ yào bǎ tiān guó de yào shi gěi nǐ ， fán nǐ zài dì shàng suǒ kǔn bǎng de ， zài tiān shàng yě yào kǔn bǎng ； fán nǐ zài dì shàng suǒ shì fàng de ， zài tiān shàng yě yào shì fàng 。」

I will give to you the keys of the Kingdom of Heaven, and whatever you bind on earth will have been bound in heaven; and whatever you release on earth will have been released in heaven.”

當下，耶穌囑咐門徒，不可對人說他是基督。

dāng xià ， yē sū zhǔ fù mén tú ， bù kě duì rén shuō tā shì jī dū 。

Then he commanded the disciples that they should tell no one that he was Jesus the Christ.

從此，耶穌才指示門徒，他必須上耶路撒冷去，受長老、祭司長、文士許多的苦，並且被殺，第三日復活。

cóng cǐ ， yē sū cái zhǐ shì mén tú ， tā bì xū shàng yē lù sā lěng qù ， shòu zhǎng lǎo 、 jì sī zhǎng 、 wén shì xǔ duō de kǔ ， bìng qiě bèi shā ， dì sān rì fù huó 。

From that time, Jesus began to show his disciples that he must go to Jerusalem and suffer many things from the elders, chief priests, and scribes, and be killed, and the third day be raised up.

彼得就拉着他，勸他說：「主啊，萬不可如此！這事必不臨到你身上。」

bǐ dé jiù lā zhe tā ， quàn tā shuō ：「 zhǔ a ， wàn bù kě rú cǐ ！ zhè shì bì bù lín dào nǐ shēn shàng 。」

Peter took him aside and began to rebuke him, saying, “Far be it from you, Lord! This will never be done to you.”

耶穌轉過來，對彼得說：「撒但，退我後邊去吧！你是絆我腳的；因為你不體貼上帝的意思，只體貼人的意思。」

yē sū zhuǎn guò lái ， duì bǐ dé shuō ：「 sā dàn ， tuì wǒ hòu biān qù ba ！ nǐ shì bàn wǒ jiǎo de ； yīn wèi nǐ bù tǐ tiē shén de yì sī ， zhī tǐ tiē rén de yì sī 。」

But he turned and said to Peter, “Get behind me, Satan! You are a stumbling block to me, for you are not setting your mind on the things of God, but on the things of men.”

於是耶穌對門徒說：「若有人要跟從我，就當捨己，背起他的十字架來跟從我。

yú shì yē sū duì mén tú shuō ：「 ruò yǒu rén yào gēn cóng wǒ ， jiù dāng shè jǐ ， bèi qǐ tā de shí zì jià lái gēn cóng wǒ 。

Then Jesus said to his disciples, “If anyone desires to come after me, let him deny himself, take up his cross, and follow me.

因為，凡要救自己生命 的，必喪掉生命；凡為我喪掉生命的，必得着生命。

yīn wèi ， fán yào jiù zì jǐ shēng mìng de ， bì sàng diào shēng mìng ； fán wèi wǒ sàng diào shēng mìng de ， bì dé zhe shēng mìng 。

For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, and whoever will lose his life for my sake will find it.

人若賺得全世界，賠上自己的生命，有甚麼益處呢？人還能拿甚麼換生命呢？

rén ruò zhuàn dé quán shì jiè ， péi shàng zì jǐ de shēng mìng ， yǒu shén me yì chù ne ？ rén hái néng ná shén me huàn shēng mìng ne ？

For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world and forfeits his life? Or what will a man give in exchange for his life?

人子要在他父的榮耀裏，同着眾使者降臨；那時候，他要照各人的行為報應各人。

rén zǐ yào zài tā fù de róng yào lǐ ， tóng zhe zhòng shǐ zhě jiàng lín ； nà shí hòu ， tā yào zhào gè rén de xíng wéi bào yìng gè rén 。

For the Son of Man will come in the glory of his Father with his angels, and then he will give to everyone according to his deeds.

我實在告訴你們，站在這裏的，有人在沒嘗死味以前必看見人子降臨在他的國裏。」

wǒ shí zài gào sù nǐ men ， zhàn zài zhè lǐ de ， yǒu rén zài méi cháng sǐ wèi yǐ qián bì kàn jiàn rén zǐ jiàng lín zài tā de guó lǐ 。」

Most certainly I tell you, there are some standing here who will in no way taste of death until they see the Son of Man coming in his Kingdom.”
