馬太福音 17

過了六天，耶穌帶着彼得、雅各，和雅各的兄弟約翰，暗暗地上了高山，

guò le liù tiān ， yē sū dài zhe bǐ dé 、 yǎ gè ， hé yǎ gè de xiōng dì yuē hàn ， àn àn dì shàng le gāo shān ，

After six days, Jesus took with him Peter, James, and John his brother, and brought them up into a high mountain by themselves.

就在他們面前變了形像，臉面明亮如日頭，衣裳潔白如光。

jiù zài tā men miàn qián biàn le xíng xiàng ， liǎn miàn míng liàng rú rì tou ， yī shang jié bái rú guāng 。

He was changed before them. His face shone like the sun, and his garments became as white as the light.

忽然，有摩西、以利亞向他們顯現，同耶穌說話。

hū rán ， yǒu mó xī 、 yǐ lì yà xiàng tā men xiǎn xiàn ， tóng yē sū shuō huà 。

Behold, Moses and Elijah appeared to them talking with him.

彼得對耶穌說：「主啊，我們在這裏真好！你若願意，我就在這裏搭三座棚，一座為你，一座為摩西，一座為以利亞。」

bǐ dé duì yē sū shuō ：「 zhǔ a ， wǒ men zài zhè lǐ zhēn hǎo ！ nǐ ruò yuàn yì ， wǒ jiù zài zhè lǐ dā sān zuò péng ， yí zuò wèi nǐ ， yí zuò wèi mó xī ， yí zuò wèi yǐ lì yà 。」

Peter answered and said to Jesus, “Lord, it is good for us to be here. If you want, let’s make three tents here: one for you, one for Moses, and one for Elijah.”

說話之間，忽然有一朵光明的雲彩遮蓋他們，且有聲音從雲彩裏出來，說：「這是我的愛子，我所喜悅的。你們要聽他！」

shuō huà zhī jiān ， hū rán yǒu yì duǒ guāng míng de yún cǎi zhē gài tā men ， qiě yǒu shēng yīn cóng yún cǎi lǐ chū lái ， shuō ：「 zhè shì wǒ de ài zǐ ， wǒ suǒ xǐ yuè de 。 nǐ men yào tīng tā ！」

While he was still speaking, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them. Behold, a voice came out of the cloud, saying, “This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased. Listen to him.”

門徒聽見，就俯伏在地，極其害怕。

mén tú tīng jiàn ， jiù fǔ fú zài dì ， jí qí hài pà 。

When the disciples heard it, they fell on their faces, and were very afraid.

耶穌進前來，摸他們，說：「起來，不要害怕！」

yē sū jìn qián lái ， mō tā men ， shuō ：「 qǐ lái ， bú yào hài pà ！」

Jesus came and touched them and said, “Get up, and don’t be afraid.”

他們舉目不見一人，只見耶穌在那裏。

tā men jǔ mù bú jiàn yì rén ， zhǐ jiàn yē sū zài nà lǐ 。

Lifting up their eyes, they saw no one, except Jesus alone.

下山的時候，耶穌吩咐他們說：「人子還沒有從死裏復活，你們不要將所看見的告訴人。」

xià shān de shí hòu ， yē sū fēn fù tā men shuō ：「 rén zǐ hái méi yǒu cóng sǐ lǐ fù huó ， nǐ men bú yào jiāng suǒ kàn jiàn de gào sù rén 。」

As they were coming down from the mountain, Jesus commanded them, saying, “Don’t tell anyone what you saw, until the Son of Man has risen from the dead.”

門徒問耶穌說：「文士為甚麼說以利亞必須先來？」

mén tú wèn yē sū shuō ：「 wén shì wèi shén me shuō yǐ lì yà bì xū xiān lái ？」

His disciples asked him, saying, “Then why do the scribes say that Elijah must come first?”

耶穌回答說：「以利亞固然先來，並要復興萬事；

yē sū huí dá shuō ：「 yǐ lì yà gù rán xiān lái ， bìng yào fù xīng wàn shì ；

Jesus answered them, “Elijah indeed comes first, and will restore all things;

只是我告訴你們，以利亞已經來了，人卻不認識他，竟任意待他。人子也將要這樣受他們的害。」

zhǐ shì wǒ gào sù nǐ men ， yǐ lì yà yǐ jīng lái le ， rén què bú rèn shi tā ， jìng rèn yì dài tā 。 rén zǐ yě jiāng yào zhè yàng shòu tā men de hài 。」

but I tell you that Elijah has come already, and they didn’t recognize him, but did to him whatever they wanted to. Even so the Son of Man will also suffer by them.”

門徒這才明白耶穌所說的是指着施洗的約翰。

mén tú zhè cái míng bái yē sū suǒ shuō de shì zhǐ zhe shī xǐ de yuē hàn 。

Then the disciples understood that he spoke to them of John the Baptizer.

耶穌和門徒到了眾人那裏，有一個人來見耶穌，跪下，

yē sū hé mén tú dào le zhòng rén nà lǐ ， yǒu yí gè rén lái jiàn yē sū ， guì xià ，

When they came to the multitude, a man came to him, kneeling down to him and saying,

說：「主啊，憐憫我的兒子！他害癲癇的病很苦，屢次跌在火裏，屢次跌在水裏。

shuō ：「 zhǔ a ， lián mǐn wǒ de ér zǐ ！ tā hài diān xián de bìng hěn kǔ ， lǚ cì diē zài huǒ lǐ ， lǚ cì diē zài shuǐ lǐ 。

“Lord, have mercy on my son, for he is epileptic and suffers grievously; for he often falls into the fire, and often into the water.

我帶他到你門徒那裏，他們卻不能醫治他。」

wǒ dài tā dào nǐ mén tú nà lǐ ， tā men què bù néng yī zhì tā 。」

So I brought him to your disciples, and they could not cure him.”

耶穌說：「噯！這又不信又悖謬的世代啊，我在你們這裏要到幾時呢？我忍耐你們要到幾時呢？把他帶到我這裏來吧！」

yē sū shuō ：「 ài ！ zhè yòu bú xìn yòu bèi miù de shì dài a ， wǒ zài nǐ men zhè lǐ yào dào jǐ shí ne ？ wǒ rěn nài nǐ men yào dào jǐ shí ne ？ bǎ tā dài dào wǒ zhè lǐ lái ba ！」

Jesus answered, “Faithless and perverse generation! How long will I be with you? How long will I bear with you? Bring him here to me.”

耶穌斥責那鬼，鬼就出來；從此孩子就痊癒了。

yē sū chì zé nà guǐ ， guǐ jiù chū lái ； cóng cǐ hái zi jiù quán yù le 。

Jesus rebuked the demon, and it went out of him, and the boy was cured from that hour.

門徒暗暗地到耶穌跟前，說：「我們為甚麼不能趕出那鬼呢？」

mén tú àn àn dì dào yē sū gēn qián ， shuō ：「 wǒ men wèi shén me bù néng gǎn chū nà guǐ ne ？」

Then the disciples came to Jesus privately, and said, “Why weren’t we able to cast it out?”

耶穌說：「是因你們的信心小。我實在告訴你們，你們若有信心，像一粒芥菜種，就是對這座山說：『你從這邊挪到那邊』，它也必挪去；並且你們沒有一件不能做的事了。

yē sū shuō ：「 shì yīn nǐ men de xìn xīn xiǎo 。 wǒ shí zài gào sù nǐ men ， nǐ men ruò yǒu xìn xīn ， xiàng yí lì jiè cài zhǒng ， jiù shì duì zhè zuò shān shuō ：『 nǐ cóng zhè biān nuó dào nà biān 』， tā yě bì nuó qù ； bìng qiě nǐ men méi yǒu yí jiàn bù néng zuò de shì le 。

He said to them, “Because of your unbelief. For most certainly I tell you, if you have faith as a grain of mustard seed, you will tell this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you.

至於這一類的鬼，若不禱告、禁食，他就不出來 。」

zhì yú zhè yí lèi de guǐ ， ruò bù dǎo gào 、 jìn shí ， tā jiù bù chū lái 。」

But this kind doesn’t go out except by prayer and fasting.”

他們還住在加利利的時候，耶穌對門徒說：「人子將要被交在人手裏。

tā men hái zhù zài jiā lì lì de shí hòu ， yē sū duì mén tú shuō ：「 rén zǐ jiāng yào bèi jiāo zài rén shǒu lǐ 。

While they were staying in Galilee, Jesus said to them, “The Son of Man is about to be delivered up into the hands of men,

他們要殺害他，第三日他要復活。」門徒就大大地憂愁。

tā men yào shā hài tā ， dì sān rì tā yào fù huó 。」 mén tú jiù dà dà dì yōu chóu 。

and they will kill him, and the third day he will be raised up.” They were exceedingly sorry.

到了迦百農，有收丁稅的人來見彼得，說：「你們的先生不納丁稅 嗎？」

dào le jiā bǎi nóng ， yǒu shōu dīng shuì de rén lái jiàn bǐ dé ， shuō ：「 nǐ men de xiān shēng bú nà dīng shuì ma ？」

When they had come to Capernaum, those who collected the didrachma coins came to Peter, and said, “Doesn’t your teacher pay the didrachma?”

彼得說：「納。」他進了屋子，耶穌先向他說：「西門，你的意思如何？世上的君王向誰征收關稅、丁稅？是向自己的兒子呢？是向外人呢？」

bǐ dé shuō ：「 nà 。」 tā jìn le wū zi ， yē sū xiān xiàng tā shuō ：「 xī mén ， nǐ de yì sī rú hé ？ shì shàng de jūn wáng xiàng shuí zhēng shōu guān shuì 、 dīng shuì ？ shì xiàng zì jǐ de ér zi ne ？ shì xiàng wài rén ne ？」

He said, “Yes.” When he came into the house, Jesus anticipated him, saying, “What do you think, Simon? From whom do the kings of the earth receive toll or tribute? From their children, or from strangers?”

彼得說：「是向外人。」耶穌說：「既然如此，兒子就可以免稅了。

bǐ dé shuō ：「 shì xiàng wài rén 。」 yē sū shuō ：「 jì rán rú cǐ ， ér zi jiù kě yǐ miǎn shuì le 。

Peter said to him, “From strangers.” Jesus said to him, “Therefore the children are exempt.

但恐怕觸犯 他們，你且往海邊去釣魚，把先釣上來的魚拿起來，開了牠的口，必得一塊錢，可以拿去給他們，作你我的稅銀。」

dàn kǒng pà chù fàn tā men ， nǐ qiě wǎng hǎi biān qù diào yú ， bǎ xiān diào shàng lái de yú ná qǐ lái ， kāi le tā de kǒu ， bì dé yí kuài qián ， kě yǐ ná qù gěi tā men ， zuò nǐ wǒ de shuì yín 。」

But, lest we cause them to stumble, go to the sea, cast a hook, and take up the first fish that comes up. When you have opened its mouth, you will find a stater coin. Take that, and give it to them for me and you.”
