詩篇 142

我發聲哀告耶和華， 發聲懇求耶和華。

wǒ fā shēng āi gào yē hé huá ， fā shēng kěn qiú yē hé huá 。

I cry with my voice to the LORD. With my voice, I ask the LORD for mercy.

我在他面前吐露我的苦情， 陳說我的患難。

wǒ zài tā miàn qián tǔ lù wǒ de kǔ qíng ， chén shuō wǒ de huàn nàn 。

I pour out my complaint before him. I tell him my troubles.

我的靈在我裏面發昏的時候， 你知道我的道路。 在我行的路上， 敵人為我暗設網羅。

wǒ de líng zài wǒ lǐ miàn fā hūn de shí hòu ， nǐ zhī dào wǒ de dào lù 。 zài wǒ xíng de lù shang ， dí rén wéi wǒ àn shè wǎng luó 。

When my spirit was overwhelmed within me, you knew my route. On the path in which I walk, they have hidden a snare for me.

求你向我右邊觀看， 因為沒有人認識我； 我無處避難， 也沒有人眷顧我。

qiú nǐ xiàng wǒ yòu biān guān kàn ， yīn wèi méi yǒu rén rèn shi wǒ ； wǒ wú chù bì nàn ， yě méi yǒu rén juàn gù wǒ 。

Look on my right, and see; for there is no one who is concerned for me. Refuge has fled from me. No one cares for my soul.

耶和華啊，我曾向你哀求。 我說：你是我的避難所； 在活人之地，你是我的福分。

yē hé huá a ， wǒ céng xiàng nǐ āi qiú 。 wǒ shuō ： nǐ shì wǒ de bì nàn suǒ ； zài huó rén zhī dì ， nǐ shì wǒ de fú fēn 。

I cried to you, LORD. I said, “You are my refuge, my portion in the land of the living.”

求你側耳聽我的呼求， 因我落到極卑之地； 求你救我脫離逼迫我的人， 因為他們比我強盛。

qiú nǐ cè ěr tīng wǒ de hū qiú ， yīn wǒ luò dào jí bēi zhī dì ； qiú nǐ jiù wǒ tuō lí bī pò wǒ de rén ， yīn wèi tā men bǐ wǒ qiáng shèng 。

Listen to my cry, for I am in desperate need. Deliver me from my persecutors, for they are too strong for me.

求你領我出離被囚之地， 我好稱讚你的名。 義人必環繞我， 因為你是用厚恩待我。

qiú nǐ lǐng wǒ chū lí bèi qiú zhī dì ， wǒ hǎo chēng zàn nǐ de míng 。 yì rén bì huán rào wǒ ， yīn wèi nǐ shì yòng hòu ēn dài wǒ 。

Bring my soul out of prison, that I may give thanks to your name. The righteous will surround me, for you will be good to me.
