詩篇 144

耶和華－我的磐石是應當稱頌的！ 他教導我的手爭戰， 教導我的指頭打仗。

yē hé huá — wǒ de pán shí shì yìng dāng chēng sòng de ！ tā jiào dǎo wǒ de shǒu zhēng zhàn ， jiào dǎo wǒ de zhǐ tou dǎ zhàng 。

Blessed be the LORD, my rock, who trains my hands to war, and my fingers to battle—

他是我慈愛的主，我的山寨， 我的高臺，我的救主， 我的盾牌，是我所投靠的； 他使我的百姓服在我以下。

tā shì wǒ cí ài de zhǔ ， wǒ de shān zhài ， wǒ de gāo tái ， wǒ de jiù zhǔ ， wǒ de dùn pái ， shì wǒ suǒ tóu kào de ； tā shǐ wǒ de bǎi xìng fú zài wǒ yǐ xià 。

my loving kindness, my fortress, my high tower, my deliverer, my shield, and he in whom I take refuge, who subdues my people under me.

耶和華啊，人算甚麼，你竟認識他！ 世人算甚麼，你竟顧念他！

yē hé huá a ， rén suàn shén me ， nǐ jìng rèn shi tā ！ shì rén suàn shén me ， nǐ jìng gù niàn tā ！

LORD, what is man, that you care for him? Or the son of man, that you think of him?

人好像一口氣； 他的年日如同影兒快快過去。

rén hǎo xiàng yì kǒu qì ； tā de nián rì rú tóng yǐng ér kuài kuài guò qù 。

Man is like a breath. His days are like a shadow that passes away.

耶和華啊，求你使天下垂，親自降臨， 摸山，山就冒煙。

yē hé huá a ， qiú nǐ shǐ tiān xià chuí ， qīn zì jiàng lín ， mō shān ， shān jiù mào yān 。

Part your heavens, LORD, and come down. Touch the mountains, and they will smoke.

求你發出閃電，使他們四散， 射出你的箭，使他們擾亂。

qiú nǐ fā chū shǎn diàn ， shǐ tā men sì sàn ， shè chū nǐ de jiàn ， shǐ tā men rǎo luàn 。

Throw out lightning, and scatter them. Send out your arrows, and rout them.

求你從上伸手救拔我， 救我出離大水， 救我脫離外邦人的手。

qiú nǐ cóng shàng shēn shǒu jiù bá wǒ ， jiù wǒ chū lí dà shuǐ ， jiù wǒ tuō lí wài bāng rén de shǒu 。

Stretch out your hand from above, rescue me, and deliver me out of great waters, out of the hands of foreigners,

他們的口說謊話； 他們的右手起假誓。

tā men de kǒu shuō huǎng huà ； tā men de yòu shǒu qǐ jiǎ shì 。

whose mouths speak deceit, whose right hand is a right hand of falsehood.

上帝啊，我要向你唱新歌， 用十弦瑟向你歌頌。

shén a ， wǒ yào xiàng nǐ chàng xīn gē ， yòng shí xián sè xiàng nǐ gē sòng 。

I will sing a new song to you, God. On a ten-stringed lyre, I will sing praises to you.

你是那拯救君王的； 你是那救僕人大衛脫離害命之刀的。

nǐ shì nà zhěng jiù jūn wáng de ； nǐ shì nà jiù pú rén dà wèi tuō lí hài mìng zhī dāo de 。

You are he who gives salvation to kings, who rescues David, his servant, from the deadly sword.

求你救拔我， 救我脫離外邦人的手。 他們的口說謊話； 他們的右手起假誓。

qiú nǐ jiù bá wǒ ， jiù wǒ tuō lí wài bāng rén de shǒu 。 tā men de kǒu shuō huǎng huà ； tā men de yòu shǒu qǐ jiǎ shì 。

Rescue me, and deliver me out of the hands of foreigners, whose mouths speak deceit, whose right hand is a right hand of falsehood.

我們的兒子從幼年好像樹栽子長大； 我們的女兒如同殿角石， 是按建宮的樣式鑿成的。

wǒ men de ér zi cóng yòu nián hǎo xiàng shù zāi zǐ zhǎng dà ； wǒ men de nǚ ér rú tóng diàn jiǎo shí ， shì àn jiàn gōng de yàng shì záo chéng de 。

Then our sons will be like well-nurtured plants, our daughters like pillars carved to adorn a palace.

我們的倉盈滿，能出各樣的糧食； 我們的羊在田間孳生千萬。

wǒ men de cāng yíng mǎn ， néng chū gè yàng de liáng shí ； wǒ men de yáng zài tián jiān zī shēng qiān wàn 。

Our barns are full, filled with all kinds of provision. Our sheep produce thousands and ten thousands in our fields.

我們的牛馱着滿馱， 沒有人闖進來搶奪， 也沒有人出去爭戰； 我們的街市上也沒有哭號的聲音。

wǒ men de niú tuó zhe mǎn tuó ， méi yǒu rén chuǎng jìn lái qiǎng duó ， yě méi yǒu rén chū qù zhēng zhàn ； wǒ men de jiē shì shàng yě méi yǒu kū hào de shēng yīn 。

Our oxen will pull heavy loads. There is no breaking in, and no going away, and no outcry in our streets.

遇見這光景的百姓便為有福！ 有耶和華為他們的上帝，這百姓便為有福！

yù jiàn zhè guāng jǐng de bǎi xìng biàn wèi yǒu fú ！ yǒu yē hé huá wèi tā men de shén ， zhè bǎi xìng biàn wèi yǒu fú ！

Happy are the people who are in such a situation. Happy are the people whose God is the LORD.
