詩篇 146

你們要讚美耶和華！ 我的心哪，你要讚美耶和華！

nǐ men yào zàn měi yē hé huá ！ wǒ de xīn nǎ ， nǐ yào zàn měi yē hé huá ！

Praise the LORD! Praise the LORD, my soul.

我一生要讚美耶和華！ 我還活的時候要歌頌我的上帝！

wǒ yì shēng yào zàn měi yē hé huá ！ wǒ hái huó de shí hòu yào gē sòng wǒ de shén ！

While I live, I will praise the LORD. I will sing praises to my God as long as I exist.

你們不要倚靠君王，不要倚靠世人； 他一點不能幫助。

nǐ men bú yào yǐ kào jūn wáng ， bú yào yǐ kào shì rén ； tā yì diǎn bù néng bāng zhù 。

Don’t put your trust in princes, in a son of man in whom there is no help.

他的氣一斷，就歸回塵土； 他所打算的，當日就消滅了。

tā de qì yí duàn ， jiù guī huí chén tǔ ； tā suǒ dǎ suàn de ， dāng rì jiù xiāo miè le 。

His spirit departs, and he returns to the earth. In that very day, his thoughts perish.

以雅各的上帝為幫助、 仰望耶和華－他上帝的，這人便為有福！

yǐ yǎ gè de shén wèi bāng zhù 、 yǎng wàng yē hé huá — tā shén de ， zhè rén biàn wèi yǒu fú ！

Happy is he who has the God of Jacob for his help, whose hope is in the LORD, his God,

耶和華造天、地、海，和其中的萬物； 他守誠實，直到永遠。

yē hé huá zào tiān 、 dì 、 hǎi ， hé qí zhōng de wàn wù ； tā shǒu chéng shí ， zhí dào yǒng yuǎn 。

who made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that is in them; who keeps truth forever;

他為受屈的伸冤， 賜食物與飢餓的。 耶和華釋放被囚的；

tā wèi shòu qū de shēn yuān ， cì shí wù yǔ jī è de 。 yē hé huá shì fàng bèi qiú de ；

who executes justice for the oppressed; who gives food to the hungry. The LORD frees the prisoners.

耶和華開了瞎子的眼睛； 耶和華扶起被壓下的人。 耶和華喜愛義人。

yē hé huá kāi le xiā zǐ de yǎn jīng ； yē hé huá fú qǐ bèi yā xià de rén 。 yē hé huá xǐ ài yì rén 。

The LORD opens the eyes of the blind. The LORD raises up those who are bowed down. The LORD loves the righteous.

耶和華保護寄居的， 扶持孤兒和寡婦， 卻使惡人的道路彎曲。

yē hé huá bǎo hù jì jū de ， fú chí gū ér hé guǎ fù ， què shǐ è rén de dào lù wān qū 。

The LORD preserves the foreigners. He upholds the fatherless and widow, but he turns the way of the wicked upside down.

耶和華要作王，直到永遠！ 錫安哪，你的上帝要作王，直到萬代！ 你們要讚美耶和華！

yē hé huá yào zuò wáng ， zhí dào yǒng yuǎn ！ xī ān nǎ ， nǐ de shén yào zuò wáng ， zhí dào wàn dài ！ nǐ men yào zàn měi yē hé huá ！

The LORD will reign forever; your God, O Zion, to all generations. Praise the LORD!
