詩篇 46

上帝是我們的避難所，是我們的力量， 是我們在患難中隨時的幫助。

shén shì wǒ men de bì nàn suǒ ， shì wǒ men de lì liàng ， shì wǒ men zài huàn nàn zhōng suí shí de bāng zhù 。

God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.

所以，地雖改變， 山雖搖動到海心，

suǒ yǐ ， dì suī gǎi biàn ， shān suī yáo dòng dào hǎi xīn ，

Therefore we won’t be afraid, though the earth changes, though the mountains are shaken into the heart of the seas;

其中的水雖匉訇翻騰， 山雖因海漲而戰抖， 我們也不害怕。（細拉）

qí zhōng de shuǐ suī pēng hōng fān téng ， shān suī yīn hǎi zhǎng ér zhàn dǒu ， wǒ men yě bú hài pà 。 （ xì lā ）

though its waters roar and are troubled, though the mountains tremble with their swelling. Selah.

有一道河，這河的分汊使上帝的城歡喜； 這城就是至高者居住的聖所。

yǒu yí dào hé ， zhè hé de fēn chà shǐ shén de chéng huān xǐ ； zhè chéng jiù shì zhì gāo zhě jū zhù de shèng suǒ 。

There is a river, the streams of which make the city of God glad, the holy place of the tents of the Most High.

上帝在其中，城必不動搖； 到天一亮，上帝必幫助這城。

shén zài qí zhōng ， chéng bì bú dòng yáo ； dào tiān yí liàng ， shén bì bāng zhù zhè chéng 。

God is within her. She shall not be moved. God will help her at dawn.

外邦喧嚷，列國動搖； 上帝發聲，地便鎔化。

wài bāng xuān rǎng ， liè guó dòng yáo ； shén fā shēng ， dì biàn róng huà 。

The nations raged. The kingdoms were moved. He lifted his voice and the earth melted.

萬軍之耶和華與我們同在； 雅各的上帝是我們的避難所！（細拉）

wàn jūn zhī yē hé huá yǔ wǒ men tóng zài ； yǎ gè de shén shì wǒ men de bì nàn suǒ ！ （ xì lā ）

The LORD of Armies is with us. The God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah.

你們來看耶和華的作為， 看他使地怎樣荒涼。

nǐ men lái kàn yē hé huá de zuò wéi ， kàn tā shǐ dì zěn yàng huāng liáng 。

Come, see the LORD’s works, what desolations he has made in the earth.

他止息刀兵，直到地極； 他折弓、斷槍，把戰車焚燒在火中。

tā zhǐ xī dāo bīng ， zhí dào dì jí ； tā zhé gōng 、 duàn qiāng ， bǎ zhàn chē fén shāo zài huǒ zhōng 。

He makes wars cease to the end of the earth. He breaks the bow, and shatters the spear. He burns the chariots in the fire.

你們要休息，要知道我是上帝！ 我必在外邦中被尊崇，在遍地上也被尊崇。

nǐ men yào xiū xi ， yào zhī dào wǒ shì shén ！ wǒ bì zài wài bāng zhōng bèi zūn chóng ， zài biàn dì shàng yě bèi zūn chóng 。

“Be still, and know that I am God. I will be exalted among the nations. I will be exalted in the earth.”

萬軍之耶和華與我們同在； 雅各的上帝是我們的避難所！

wàn jūn zhī yē hé huá yǔ wǒ men tóng zài ； yǎ gè de shén shì wǒ men de bì nàn suǒ ！

The LORD of Armies is with us. The God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah.
