詩篇 69

上帝啊，求你救我！ 因為眾水要淹沒我。

shén a ， qiú nǐ jiù wǒ ！ yīn wèi zhòng shuǐ yào yān mò wǒ 。

Save me, God, for the waters have come up to my neck!

我陷在深淤泥中，沒有立腳之地； 我到了深水中，大水漫過我身。

wǒ xiàn zài shēn yū ní zhōng ， méi yǒu lì jiǎo zhī dì ； wǒ dào le shēn shuǐ zhōng ， dà shuǐ màn guò wǒ shēn 。

I sink in deep mire, where there is no foothold. I have come into deep waters, where the floods overflow me.

我因呼求困乏，喉嚨發乾； 我因等候上帝，眼睛失明。

wǒ yīn hū qiú kùn fá ， hóu lóng fā gān ； wǒ yīn děng hòu shén ， yǎn jīng shī míng 。

I am weary with my crying. My throat is dry. My eyes fail looking for my God.

無故恨我的，比我頭髮還多； 無理與我為仇、要把我剪除的，甚為強盛。 我沒有搶奪的，要叫我償還。

wú gù hèn wǒ de ， bǐ wǒ tóu fā huán duō ； wú lǐ yǔ wǒ wèi chóu 、 yào bǎ wǒ jiǎn chú de ， shèn wéi qiáng shèng 。 wǒ méi yǒu qiǎng duó de ， yào jiào wǒ cháng huán 。

Those who hate me without a cause are more than the hairs of my head. Those who want to cut me off, being my enemies wrongfully, are mighty. I have to restore what I didn’t take away.

上帝啊，我的愚昧，你原知道； 我的罪愆不能隱瞞。

shén a ， wǒ de yú mèi ， nǐ yuán zhī dào ； wǒ de zuì qiān bù néng yǐn mán 。

God, you know my foolishness. My sins aren’t hidden from you.

萬軍的主－耶和華啊， 求你叫那等候你的，不要因我蒙羞！ 以色列的上帝啊， 求你叫那尋求你的，不要因我受辱！

wàn jūn de zhǔ — yē hé huá a ， qiú nǐ jiào nà děng hòu nǐ de ， bú yào yīn wǒ méng xiū ！ yǐ sè liè de shén a ， qiú nǐ jiào nà xún qiú nǐ de ， bú yào yīn wǒ shòu rǔ ！

Don’t let those who wait for you be shamed through me, Lord GOD of Armies. Don’t let those who seek you be brought to dishonor through me, God of Israel.

因我為你的緣故受了辱罵， 滿面羞愧。

yīn wǒ wèi nǐ de yuán gù shòu le rǔ mà ， mǎn miàn xiū kuì 。

Because for your sake, I have borne reproach. Shame has covered my face.

我的弟兄看我為外路人； 我的同胞看我為外邦人。

wǒ de dì xiong kàn wǒ wèi wài lù rén ； wǒ de tóng bāo kàn wǒ wèi wài bāng rén 。

I have become a stranger to my brothers, an alien to my mother’s children.

因我為你的殿心裏焦急，如同火燒， 並且辱罵你人的辱罵都落在我身上。

yīn wǒ wèi nǐ de diàn xīn lǐ jiāo jí ， rú tóng huǒ shāo ， bìng qiě rǔ mà nǐ rén de rǔ mà dōu luò zài wǒ shēn shàng 。

For the zeal of your house consumes me. The reproaches of those who reproach you have fallen on me.

我哭泣，以禁食刻苦我心； 這倒算為我的羞辱。

wǒ kū qì ， yǐ jìn shí kè kǔ wǒ xīn ； zhè dǎo suàn wèi wǒ de xiū rǔ 。

When I wept and I fasted, that was to my reproach.

我拿麻布當衣裳， 就成了他們的笑談。

wǒ ná má bù dāng yī shang ， jiù chéng le tā men de xiào tán 。

When I made sackcloth my clothing, I became a byword to them.

坐在城門口的談論我； 酒徒也以我為歌曲。

zuò zài chéng mén kǒu de tán lùn wǒ ； jiǔ tú yě yǐ wǒ wèi gē qǔ 。

Those who sit in the gate talk about me. I am the song of the drunkards.

但我在悅納的時候向你－耶和華祈禱。 上帝啊，求你按你豐盛的慈愛， 憑你拯救的誠實應允我！

dàn wǒ zài yuè nà de shí hòu xiàng nǐ — yē hé huá qí dǎo 。 shén a ， qiú nǐ àn nǐ fēng shèng de cí ài ， píng nǐ zhěng jiù de chéng shí yīng yǔn wǒ ！

But as for me, my prayer is to you, LORD, in an acceptable time. God, in the abundance of your loving kindness, answer me in the truth of your salvation.

求你搭救我出離淤泥， 不叫我陷在其中； 求你使我脫離那些恨我的人， 使我出離深水。

qiú nǐ dā jiù wǒ chū lí yū ní ， bú jiào wǒ xiàn zài qí zhōng ； qiú nǐ shǐ wǒ tuō lí nà xiē hèn wǒ de rén ， shǐ wǒ chū lí shēn shuǐ 。

Deliver me out of the mire, and don’t let me sink. Let me be delivered from those who hate me, and out of the deep waters.

求你不容大水漫過我， 不容深淵吞滅我， 不容坑坎在我以上合口。

qiú nǐ bù róng dà shuǐ màn guò wǒ ， bù róng shēn yuān tūn miè wǒ ， bù róng kēng kǎn zài wǒ yǐ shàng hé kǒu 。

Don’t let the flood waters overwhelm me, neither let the deep swallow me up. Don’t let the pit shut its mouth on me.

耶和華啊，求你應允我！ 因為你的慈愛本為美好； 求你按你豐盛的慈悲回轉眷顧我！

yē hé huá a ， qiú nǐ yīng yǔn wǒ ！ yīn wèi nǐ de cí ài běn wèi měi hǎo ； qiú nǐ àn nǐ fēng shèng de cí bēi huí zhuǎn juàn gù wǒ ！

Answer me, LORD, for your loving kindness is good. According to the multitude of your tender mercies, turn to me.

不要掩面不顧你的僕人； 我是在急難之中，求你速速地應允我！

bú yào yǎn miàn bú gù nǐ de pú rén ； wǒ shì zài jí nán zhī zhōng ， qiú nǐ sù sù dì yīng yǔn wǒ ！

Don’t hide your face from your servant, for I am in distress. Answer me speedily!

求你親近我，救贖我！ 求你因我的仇敵把我贖回！

qiú nǐ qīn jìn wǒ ， jiù shú wǒ ！ qiú nǐ yīn wǒ de chóu dí bǎ wǒ shú huí ！

Draw near to my soul and redeem it. Ransom me because of my enemies.

你知道我受的辱罵、欺凌、羞辱； 我的敵人都在你面前。

nǐ zhī dào wǒ shòu de rǔ mà 、 qī líng 、 xiū rǔ ； wǒ de dí rén dōu zài nǐ miàn qián 。

You know my reproach, my shame, and my dishonor. My adversaries are all before you.

辱罵傷破了我的心， 我又滿了憂愁。 我指望有人體恤，卻沒有一個； 我指望有人安慰，卻找不着一個。

rǔ mà shāng pò le wǒ de xīn ， wǒ yòu mǎn le yōu chóu 。 wǒ zhǐ wàng yǒu rén tǐ xù ， què méi yǒu yí gè ； wǒ zhǐ wàng yǒu rén ān wèi ， què zhǎo bù zhe yí gè 。

Reproach has broken my heart, and I am full of heaviness. I looked for some to take pity, but there was none; for comforters, but I found none.

他們拿苦膽給我當食物； 我渴了，他們拿醋給我喝。

tā men ná kǔ dǎn gěi wǒ dāng shí wù ； wǒ kě le ， tā men ná cù gěi wǒ hē 。

They also gave me poison for my food. In my thirst, they gave me vinegar to drink.

願他們的筵席在他們面前變為網羅， 在他們平安的時候變為機檻。

yuàn tā men de yán xí zài tā men miàn qián biàn wèi wǎng luó ， zài tā men píng ān de shí hòu biàn wèi jī kǎn 。

Let their table before them become a snare. May it become a retribution and a trap.

願他們的眼睛昏矇，不得看見； 願你使他們的腰常常戰抖。

yuàn tā men de yǎn jīng hūn méng ， bù dé kàn jiàn ； yuàn nǐ shǐ tā men de yāo cháng cháng zhàn dǒu 。

Let their eyes be darkened, so that they can’t see. Let their backs be continually bent.

求你將你的惱恨倒在他們身上， 叫你的烈怒追上他們。

qiú nǐ jiāng nǐ de nǎo hèn dǎo zài tā men shēn shàng ， jiào nǐ de liè nù zhuī shàng tā men 。

Pour out your indignation on them. Let the fierceness of your anger overtake them.

願他們的住處變為荒場； 願他們的帳棚無人居住。

yuàn tā men de zhù chù biàn wèi huāng chǎng ； yuàn tā men de zhàng péng wú rén jū zhù 。

Let their habitation be desolate. Let no one dwell in their tents.

因為，你所擊打的，他們就逼迫； 你所擊傷的，他們戲說他的愁苦。

yīn wèi ， nǐ suǒ jī dǎ de ， tā men jiù bī pò ； nǐ suǒ jī shāng de ， tā men xì shuō tā de chóu kǔ 。

For they persecute him whom you have wounded. They tell of the sorrow of those whom you have hurt.

願你在他們的罪上加罪， 不容他們在你面前稱義。

yuàn nǐ zài tā men de zuì shàng jiā zuì ， bù róng tā men zài nǐ miàn qián chēng yì 。

Charge them with crime upon crime. Don’t let them come into your righteousness.

願他們從生命冊上被塗抹， 不得記錄在義人之中。

yuàn tā men cóng shēng mìng cè shàng bèi tú mǒ ， bù dé jì lù zài yì rén zhī zhōng 。

Let them be blotted out of the book of life, and not be written with the righteous.

但我是困苦憂傷的； 上帝啊，願你的救恩將我安置在高處。

dàn wǒ shì kùn kǔ yōu shāng de ； shén a ， yuàn nǐ de jiù ēn jiāng wǒ ān zhì zài gāo chù 。

But I am in pain and distress. Let your salvation, God, protect me.

我要以詩歌讚美上帝的名， 以感謝稱他為大！

wǒ yào yǐ shī gē zàn měi shén de míng ， yǐ gǎn xiè chēng tā wèi dà ！

I will praise the name of God with a song, and will magnify him with thanksgiving.

這便叫耶和華喜悅，勝似獻牛， 或是獻有角有蹄的公牛。

zhè biàn jiào yē hé huá xǐ yuè ， shèng sì xiàn niú ， huò shì xiàn yǒu jiǎo yǒu tí de gōng niú 。

It will please the LORD better than an ox, or a bull that has horns and hoofs.

謙卑的人看見了就喜樂； 尋求上帝的人，願你們的心甦醒。

qiān bēi de rén kàn jiàn le jiù xǐ lè ； xún qiú shén de rén ， yuàn nǐ men de xīn sū xǐng 。

The humble have seen it, and are glad. You who seek after God, let your heart live.

因為耶和華聽了窮乏人， 不藐視被囚的人。

yīn wèi yē hé huá tīng le qióng fá rén ， bù miǎo shì bèi qiú de rén 。

For the LORD hears the needy, and doesn’t despise his captive people.

願天和地、 洋海和其中一切的動物都讚美他！

yuàn tiān hé dì 、 yáng hǎi hé qí zhōng yí qiè de dòng wù dōu zàn měi tā ！

Let heaven and earth praise him; the seas, and everything that moves therein!

因為上帝要拯救錫安，建造猶大的城邑； 他的民要在那裏居住，得以為業。

yīn wèi shén yào zhěng jiù xī ān ， jiàn zào yóu dà de chéng yì ； tā de mín yào zài nà lǐ jū zhù ， dé yǐ wéi yè 。

For God will save Zion, and build the cities of Judah. They shall settle there, and own it.

他僕人的後裔要承受為業； 愛他名的人也要住在其中。

tā pú rén de hòu yì yào chéng shòu wèi yè ； ài tā míng de rén yě yào zhù zài qí zhōng 。

The children also of his servants shall inherit it. Those who love his name shall dwell therein.
