提多書 3

你要提醒眾人，叫他們順服作官的、掌權的，遵他的命，預備行各樣的善事。

nǐ yào tí xǐng zhòng rén ， jiào tā men shùn fú zuò guān de 、 zhǎng quán de ， zūn tā de mìng ， yù bèi xíng gè yàng de shàn shì 。

Remind them to be in subjection to rulers and to authorities, to be obedient, to be ready for every good work,

不要毀謗，不要爭競，總要和平，向眾人大顯溫柔。

bú yào huǐ bàng ， bú yào zhēng jìng ， zǒng yào hé píng ， xiàng zhòng rén dà xiǎn wēn róu 。

to speak evil of no one, not to be contentious, to be gentle, showing all humility toward all men.

我們從前也是無知、悖逆、受迷惑、服事各樣私慾，和宴樂，常存惡毒 嫉妒的心，是可恨的，又是彼此相恨。

wǒ men cóng qián yě shì wú zhī 、 bèi nì 、 shòu mí huò 、 fú shì gè yàng sī yù ， hé yàn lè ， cháng cún è dú jí dù de xīn ， shì kě hèn de ， yòu shì bǐ cǐ xiāng hèn 。

For we were also once foolish, disobedient, deceived, serving various lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful, and hating one another.

但到了上帝－我們救主的恩慈和他向人所施的慈愛顯明的時候，

dàn dào le shén — wǒ men jiù zhǔ de ēn cí hé tā xiàng rén suǒ shī de cí ài xiǎn míng de shí hòu ，

But when the kindness of God our Savior and his love toward mankind appeared,

他便救了我們；並不是因我們自己所行的義，乃是照他的憐憫，藉着重生的洗和聖靈的更新。

tā biàn jiù le wǒ men ； bìng bú shì yīn wǒ men zì jǐ suǒ xíng de yì ， nǎi shì zhào tā de lián mǐn ， jiè zhe chóng shēng de xǐ hé shèng líng de gēng xīn 。

not by works of righteousness which we did ourselves, but according to his mercy, he saved us through the washing of regeneration and renewing by the Holy Spirit,

聖靈就是上帝藉着耶穌基督－我們救主厚厚澆灌在我們身上的，

shèng líng jiù shì shén jiè zhe yē sū jī dū — wǒ men jiù zhǔ hòu hòu jiāo guàn zài wǒ men shēn shàng de ，

whom he poured out on us richly through Jesus Christ our Savior;

好叫我們因他的恩得稱為義，可以憑着永生的盼望成為後嗣 。

hǎo jiào wǒ men yīn tā de ēn dé chēng wéi yì ， kě yǐ píng zhe yǒng shēng de pàn wàng chéng wéi hòu sì 。

that being justified by his grace, we might be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life.

這話是可信的。 我也願你把這些事切切實實地講明，使那些已信上帝的人留心做正經事業 。這都是美事，並且與人有益。

zhè huà shì kě xìn de 。 wǒ yě yuàn nǐ bǎ zhè xiē shì qiè qiè shí shí dì jiǎng míng ， shǐ nà xiē yǐ xìn shén de rén liú xīn zuò zhèng jīng shì yè 。 zhè dōu shì měi shì ， bìng qiě yǔ rén yǒu yì 。

This saying is faithful, and concerning these things I desire that you insist confidently, so that those who have believed God may be careful to maintain good works. These things are good and profitable to men;

要遠避無知的辯論和家譜的空談，以及紛爭，並因律法而起的爭競，因為這都是虛妄無益的。

yào yuǎn bì wú zhī de biàn lùn hé jiā pǔ de kōng tán ， yǐ jí fēn zhēng ， bìng yīn lǜ fǎ ér qǐ de zhēng jìng ， yīn wèi zhè dōu shì xū wàng wú yì de 。

but shun foolish questionings, genealogies, strife, and disputes about the law; for they are unprofitable and vain.

分門結黨的人，警戒過一兩次，就要棄絕他。

fēn mén jié dǎng de rén ， jǐng jiè guò yì liǎng cì ， jiù yào qì jué tā 。

Avoid a factious man after a first and second warning,

因為知道這等人已經背道，犯了罪，自己明知不是，還是去做。

yīn wèi zhī dào zhè děng rén yǐ jīng bèi dào ， fàn le zuì ， zì jǐ míng zhī bú shì ， hái shì qù zuò 。

knowing that such a one is perverted and sinful, being self-condemned.

我打發亞提馬或是推基古到你那裏去的時候，你要趕緊往尼哥坡里去見我，因為我已經定意在那裏過冬。

wǒ dǎ fā yà tí mǎ huò shì tuī jī gǔ dào nǐ nà lǐ qù de shí hòu ， nǐ yào gǎn jǐn wǎng ní gē pō lǐ qù jiàn wǒ ， yīn wèi wǒ yǐ jīng dìng yì zài nà lǐ guò dōng 。

When I send Artemas to you, or Tychicus, be diligent to come to me to Nicopolis, for I have determined to winter there.

你要趕緊給律師西納和亞波羅送行，叫他們沒有缺乏。

nǐ yào gǎn jǐn gěi lǜ shī xī nà hé yà bō luó sòng xíng ， jiào tā men méi yǒu quē fá 。

Send Zenas the lawyer and Apollos on their journey speedily, that nothing may be lacking for them.

並且我們的人要學習正經事業 ，預備所需用的，免得不結果子。

bìng qiě wǒ men de rén yào xué xí zhèng jīng shì yè ， yù bèi suǒ xū yòng de ， miǎn de bù jié guǒ zǐ 。

Let our people also learn to maintain good works to meet necessary needs, that they may not be unfruitful.

同我在一處的人都問你安。請代問那些因有信心愛我們的人安。願恩惠常與你們眾人同在！

tóng wǒ zài yí chù de rén dōu wèn nǐ ān 。 qǐng dài wèn nà xiē yīn yǒu xìn xīn ài wǒ men de rén ān 。 yuàn ēn huì cháng yǔ nǐ men zhòng rén tóng zài ！

All who are with me greet you. Greet those who love us in faith. Grace be with you all. Amen.
